It's unusual to visit a hotel with even all the details taken care of. The breakfast was exceptional with a good selection and quality. The location is good, not far from restaurants, shops, and the railway station. The staff was friendly and clearly putting effort to make you feel good. The room was comfortable, with even minor things being taken care of, such as a comfortable room temperature and the ease of getting warm water from the shower and water tap. Finally, the building is nice and beautiful from the outside and inside.

The only downside was a slight lack of space in the shower in my room, that's all.

Stayed from Friday to Saturday at Hotel Yöpuu. I was welcomed warmly to the hotel by staff. I was even asked if I need help with my baggage. (Never asked that before in Finland) I got voucher for a welcome drink but I didn’t use it. My room was clean and cosy. The room was also quiet and bed was very comfortable. There was a good place for my bag and enough space, even though I stayed at the single room. At the bathroom you could use Lumene products. Breakfast was superb. The kitchen made omelettes on request and porridge was perfect. The breakfast area was nice and calm, there was candles at the tables. Staff was friendly. Had a nice chat at reception when I was checking out. I felt appreciated guest throughout my stay. Definitely will stay there again!

Welcome evening drink, reserved parking, close to a number of restaurants. friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Stayed in Superior Double felt cramped and the chairs were too small to be able to sit in comfortably. not worth the extra. If I stayed again would either be either standard or a suite if I wanted somewhere other than bed to sit down.

We loved the interior, friendly staff, the restaurant and the breakfast (well, I guess everything)! Remember that you can also order warm dished for breakfast as those are not served ready on the buffet.

The restaurant could be open longer, but this didn't affect us this time as we were so tired.

Hotel Yöpuu is very lovely place to stay. Everything is clean and cozy, staff is very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent and tasty. Really nice to have good tea from Arabia (big) cups. We’ll definetely going to stay here again when visiting Jyväskylä!

Yöpuu is a kind of dream place for me. I have been there once earlier, in the midst of a heavy work task and everything was great even then. This time I knew what to expect - and your hotel exceeded all the expectations. Thank you so much.

Homeful, classy (we got a room with Aalto's furniture, but we understood every room has its own character). Quiet place, yet at a perfect location just a quick walk away from the centre. The welcome voucher for a drink was nice attention, and the breakfast was simply great and so is the staff. Next time we will visit we will come again and try the restaurant too!

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff who were very helpful. Luxuriously comfortable bed sheets. I really liked the individual theming of the room, it was stylish and calming. The location is a walkable distance from the city center and train/bus station.

The bathrooms could have been more up-to-date, something about them felt discordant to the theming of the room.

Overall the hotel was very good and I enjoyed that it was unlike other hotels. All rooms were different and homey. The restaurant Pöllöwaari was excellent.
