What a gem of a hotel. 9 years I have been driving up and down Finland and I only just discovered this place yesterday. Although it only opened in 2019 I think. It is like Scandic level. Really top quality everything. Amazing new Sauna which is free to use. Really great breakfast in the Grilli next door which the hotel also owns. This place gets an 11 out of 10. I have stayed in almost every hotel in Northern Finland and this is the best. If you you are driving North and need somewhere to stay, or if you are visiting Kemi area, look no further, this place is brilliant! I will be staying here every time on my drives up and down Finland now.

Kristiina was really lovely. She sent me a message with useful information prior to my arrival, and she was there to help with anything you might need. The room was very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the breakfest and the coffee in the hotel's restaurant. We stopped twice in 2 weeks during our vacation to Lapland, and we will for sure come again during our next visit in the area.

There is nothing to complain about.

Very plesant overnight stay while travelling to Lapland, Lofoten etc. Extremely kind staff and hospitality. Rooms are clean and modern, like everything else in the hotel including the sauna. Breakfast good and plentiful. Will be staying again!

Some more fruits and vegetables for breakfast would be nice addition, but other than that no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast was a standard Finnish hotel breakfast, which is ok. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had an additional air conditioner. Thank the hotel staff for this very much! The bed is very good!

The only problem was smokers in front of the hotel lobby in the street. If the window is open then the smoke goes directly to the room.

The staff were amazing. They allowed us to check in early and assisted with considering and arranging the best way to get to Lulea. We also appreciated the communal kitchen facility and supermarkets across the road.

It is a little bit out of town which was not able to be walked with luggage in the snow, but would be fine without snow, and there is public transport right outside

Clever use of space! Breakfast (which was good) was served in the nearby kiosk facilities. Bed was great! Small toilet/shower was a positive experience even though the space was limited.

The shelf above the bed was otherwise good but a little bit too low, so we couldn't sit up on the bed and lean back. Lying down, the shelf wasn't a problem.

Everything, there's nothing to complain and this happens seldom. But that happened at this time. All worked like a clock. Clean and quiet hotel , rooms and all facilities like new nothing was broken all personnel very friendly, We would stay again if we are in the area.

There's nothing not to like. All was like we expected. Nice clean and quiet place.

Didn’t have any Great View Other than a tractor gathering snow and piling it up into a heap. Not a Location where you can expect to see the northern lights. we could not sit on the bed and read a book because your head would be pushed by a wooden plank coming out after wall from behind which was otherwise helpful to keep your things like mobile , charger , bed time items…. or whatever Reception of the hotel was located in a different building a few steps away

cozy little family-run place on a more quiet side of town, excellent service, free parking, good price/value ratio.

The only negative thing was the lack of central AC, which was compensated by a portable AC (taking space from an already small room + the need to keep the window open).

Nicely converted building into a very comfortable small hotel, rooms were on the smaller size but very comfortable, loved the free coffee/ hot chocolate machine in Foyer. Breakfast was very good.
