Ambience. Candles burning in the reception was a nice touch. Comfortable room with a separate area furnished with easy chairs and a table. Both chic and olde world at the same time. We were immediately provided with a kettle upon request. Tasty and wholesome breakfast. The Old Town location is just perfect.

Wasn't sure whether the crisps in the room were complementary or not, so didn't touch them. Pity this sort of thing isn't made clear. The orange juice tasted watered down. But these a minor quibbles. The stay was exactly what we needed.

Lovely boutique hotel located perfectly in the heart of the old town. Room was very spacious with a front sitting room and adequately sized bedroom. It was also nicely furnished with better looking furniture. Breakfast is served upstairs in a smaller, but workable room.

Breakfast choices are very limited.

Personal breakfast right outside the room. Staff asked for a hot beverage request - coffee, tea, green tea - and brought a full kettle to the table. Overnight porridge was very tasty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms nice and cool with a personal air conditioner for the room.

Not only was the hotel excellently located and beautifully decorated, the customer service at this hotel was superb. I was in contact and met with different members of the staff and they were always very friendly and wanted to make sure my stay was great. The room was absolutely beautiful and quiet, even though it was on the ground floor (and I am a light sleeper). The breakfast was one of the best ones I've encountered in different hotels. The buffet was extensive and everything was very fresh - I especially appreciated that we got our own French press at the table with freshly brewed coffee! Good selection of vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options and nice Finnish pastries as well. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Breakfast is simple but very nice, especially the home made Rispirog (Rice Pastry). Owner/Staff was very helpful.

We happened to stay during the period that the hotel was renovating. Taxi took sometime to locate the exact place.

Amazing and very friendly service. We felt we were taken care of. Delicious breakfast (uunipuuro and the bread were omg to die for! :)). The room was very clean and whole atmosphere of the hotel was very sweet and cozy and interesting. Awesome location. It is definitely good to book the parking space in advance. ❤️ We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and come back one day. Thank you!

Sauna in the bathroom was good and we used it happily and gratefully (that's why we booked the room) , but I noticed that the door of the bathroom and the bottles with shampoo and other cosmetics placed on the mirror are reacting on the heat radiating from the sauna. Once the sauna was heated over 65degrees, it did not matter that the insulation is only partial, because the heat would not escape the sauna anymore. I was just wondering and worried, how long can all the bathroom shelves and doors last the amount of heat coming from the sauna.

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The environment was chic and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The arrangements for check-in and check-out were flexible. The courtyard parking in the hotel was convenient and much appreciated.

The location is excellent!

Very small details were a bit off, such as not having blinds or light-blocking curtains. And you could see into our room directly from the entrance 😅

The general peaceful ambience of the hotel. Room and breakfast were comfortable and adequate and service was good, friendly and helpful, with the exception noted below.

Greater presence of staff at breakfast for ordering of tea & coffee. Whether and when they appeared was somewhat haphazard.

The location is great, staff is very nice, breakfast was delicious and leaving our bags inside after the checkout time was not an issue. A lovely place to stay.
