Absolutely sparkling clean! Really comfortable and spacious, the value for money is outstanding. Great little kitchenette. Laundry room is great. Ability to grab towels/ sheets as and when is fantastic.

We had two apartments. Only one had a toaster. Only one saucepan. The location is a slight faff the first time especially in the dark when you've been travelling all day. No lift which makes it difficult with children. No designated area to leave pushchairs. Would be good to be able to block off stairs to upstairs beds as one little one managed to climb and fall.

This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal as there is a minimarket walking distance from the apartment, and various bus and metro stop within walking distance that connects you to multiple public transport modes. The host was very responsive and just a message away. The area is quiet and safe.

Just a note for travellers with a lot of bags, there are two flights of stairs that you need to climb before reaching your room.

The location and first impresseion was somewhat shaggy as the rooms is next to a comercial store and what appears to be warehouse space . However the apt itself was big , and nicely prepped . Had a very comfortable stay there . Just remember to bring some soap and shampoo for showering but otherwise all was provided for

Location was not amazing but with a 10 to 15 min walk to the metro station and a 20 to 25 minute metro ride to the city center , it was manageable .

Door code access - super easy and simple. Lets you be flexible when you arrive. Good instructions Cleanliness - super clean could no see anything that was not spotless Kitchen area was very useful - meant we could whip up some Finnish food on a low budget - (karjalanpiirakka ja munuvoi and grillimakara etc). Good size -fridge with a small freezer inside - very useful Hot plate style hob - works well. Modern microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There was salt, pepper, olive oil and tea and coffee in all 3 of our rooms. Bathroom nice size and in the usual Finnish wet room style TV - MASSIVE and you can log into your Netflix, prime etc and in general worked well with wifi - occasionally had to log back into it. Laundry room - there is a laundry rom which I assume cleaner also use, which had a washing machine (lots of settings) and dryer and plenty of laundry detergent. was simple and easy to use. Although Location for me was not the best having usually stayed in nicer areas of Helsinki - It was easy The Metro into town centre is just under a 10 minute walk and the Metro runs under every 10 minutes in peak times and over every ten minutes in the evening etc. Night bus from centre is also available. Around the station there are several larger supermarkets (Lidl, K and S market) as well as an Alko (in Finland wine and spirits are sold in sperate stores and not in super markets) only Beer and Lonkero (and alcopops) are sold in supermarkets any higher percentage alcohol is not.

Location - However you pay for what you get. Its a rougher area of Helsinki and the location is slightly confusing - HOWEVER you do get detailed instructions on how to find the apartment sent to you. There was a lot of construction and road closures around when we went so this does not help.

It’s minimalistic and modern, all needed appliances are there: small kitchen, knives, some coffee, really effocoemt hair dryer (which is never strong enough in hotels). Teenage kids loved the antresole cave with their beds. Food store (lidl amd some other nearby). Very comfortable communication to town by train.

There was some industrial soumds in the morning (im the loft facing stores inner yard. Some towels didn’t smell fresh, as if they’re been kept im the washing machine for too long.

The site is located a considerable distance from the centre, but public transport is excellent. The underground passing outside the window was not particularly inconvenient. Flat fully equipped, very clean. Ideal communication with the landlord. Clear instructions before check-in. Seamless check-in and check-out. Parking spaces free to use.

The only thing that made me slightly uncomfortable was the creaking spring in the entrance door to the corridor. In the flat next to the door it was strongly noticeable. I suggest oiling it.

It was clean, well equipped. Comfortable for 2 people. Metro was close-by.

I had noticed that the "loft" beds were on a mezzanine, but I didn't expect the ceiling would be so low it wouldn't be possible to even sit there. Needed to climb the ladder then crawl to get to bed, it was not very practical. This mezzanine was just under a roof window, and it was quite hot there (a fan was available next to the beds, but it is noisy when you want to sleep).

It is a quiet big room for 3 to 5 people to stay. It was clean, appreciated the big TV screen. WIFI was smoother than before. You will have a small kitchen with the necessary basic utilities to make breakfast and other food if you like to cook.

This facility doesn't have an elevator. So if someone comes with big and heavy luggage, it would be a problem to take up by stairs. You also have to bring your own toiletries like soap, shower gel etc. I also didn't find any sleepers to put on.

Our teenage boys loved the loft sleeping area. The apartment was clean. Had washer available and drying rack (our clothes dried quickly) The apartment was close to gas stations and grocery store. Communication with staff was easy.

The lights in the stairwell did not come on automatically. You would not be able to walk up or down them safely without a light. We had to use our phone flashlights.

We liked the shower: strong and gentle water supply. The flat is very clean and includes all you need. Even some coffee, oil and flavourings for cooking. Total with mezzanine, in the flat can sleep up to 5 persons.

The flat is located "nowhere": it could be used only with the car. "Tokmanni" shop near the flat - about nothing. The flat is located on 3rd floor in the building with no elevator.
