Location between two subway stations (in a suburb of Helsinki), with access codes and no dependency on the presence of a person or an arrival time (of course, after check in time!). Very clean, spacious, well soundproofed, simple and very functional studio apartment with kitchenette. A small bedroom above the entrance hall, with its two futon beds and access via an internal staircase, became a place that won our 4 year old daughter and she wanted to sleep in it. Upon request, we received a bill after our stay. It can be a convenient place for transit.

The room is a decent size and it has all you need, not many colors but clean and neat. The kitchen is well equiped, the room is nice and warm, the beds are confortable (yet take into consideration the twin beds are 200 x 80cm), the bathroom is ok and has all you need, it's not very spacious but it's ok. It's all just enough and just right, I can't say anything bad about it but can't say I adored it either :)) You have a microwave, a fridge, an electric stove, a water boiler mug, a coffee filter + tea, coffee, condiments available, all the necesarry things to make you feel welcomed. The host was nice and friendly and we got our instructions ready, we checked into the room a bit earlier even, can't complain about anything. Overall it's a very decent stay. Next to the building you have a supermarket with stuff, and 10-15mins away / an uber ride, you have Lidl and some other grocery shops.

There is a bit of an issue with the bathroom sewage, especially for the toilet, which I think they know because there's a pump available next to the toilet.

The property is clean, with 3 bedrooms if you count the loft. We enjoyed the slower pace of the city around the property. The owner/manager of the property is a very generous person, they allowed us to check out 4.5 hours late. This saved us from dragging our luggage all around, or arriving 4.5 hours early to the airport. The shower is also nice with plenty of pressure and hot water. It was 15 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the airport. We stayed at several properties while in Finland, this was the most comfortable and reasonably priced.

The stairs are a bit tedious, but I suppose this keeps us fit.

As advertised. Simple but good location and good price for Helsinki

They MUST advertise there is no elevator and the facility is actually on the 2nd floor, reachable only by climbing up several stairs… Additionally the sidewalk to the entrance of the property is not snow cleaned. Very bad in Finland.

Very comfortable and clean and well equiped apartment. A very good value in a refurbished industrial building (very nice designed).

It is a little far away from the city (more than half an hour with the metro) and a 20 minutes walk from the metro station (for me wasn't a problem), there are many bus stops in walking distance (bus for the airport is 10 min) Even with closed blinds the lights from the supermarket were disturbing

It was near public transport stops and it was easy to move by bus and metro. Our children liked a lot. And there was sleeping floor upstair for children. They loved it.

Thete was no elevator and we had a lot of things to carry up and down. There should be downstair some place where keep children trolly safe.

This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal as there is a minimarket walking distance from the apartment, and various bus and metro stop within walking distance that connects you to multiple public transport modes. The host was very responsive and just a message away. The area is quiet and safe.

Just a note for travellers with a lot of bags, there are two flights of stairs that you need to climb before reaching your room.

The location and first impresseion was somewhat shaggy as the rooms is next to a comercial store and what appears to be warehouse space . However the apt itself was big , and nicely prepped . Had a very comfortable stay there . Just remember to bring some soap and shampoo for showering but otherwise all was provided for

Location was not amazing but with a 10 to 15 min walk to the metro station and a 20 to 25 minute metro ride to the city center , it was manageable .

Absolutely sparkling clean! Really comfortable and spacious, the value for money is outstanding. Great little kitchenette. Laundry room is great. Ability to grab towels/ sheets as and when is fantastic.

We had two apartments. Only one had a toaster. Only one saucepan. The location is a slight faff the first time especially in the dark when you've been travelling all day. No lift which makes it difficult with children. No designated area to leave pushchairs. Would be good to be able to block off stairs to upstairs beds as one little one managed to climb and fall.

It’s minimalistic and modern, all needed appliances are there: small kitchen, knives, some coffee, really effocoemt hair dryer (which is never strong enough in hotels). Teenage kids loved the antresole cave with their beds. Food store (lidl amd some other nearby). Very comfortable communication to town by train.

There was some industrial soumds in the morning (im the loft facing stores inner yard. Some towels didn’t smell fresh, as if they’re been kept im the washing machine for too long.
