Location, staff, breakfast, washing machine, common kitchen corner with microwave and common refrigerator with code locked shelves. Kids play corner. Guest umbrellas. Automated check-in. Eco key card.

Parking is not free for guests. The hotel staff suggested free parking space 200 meters away from the hotel. I parked my rental car in the free parking area, basically an empty plot and it was fine. The most concerning part was in the bathroom. When taking shower the water flows all over the floor and it did not drain and dry away immediately. There’s a glass door or rather a half door.

A good basic hotel, great for our one night stopover before hopping on the ferry to Umeå early in the morning. The location is ok, within a walking distance of the city center. Our dog was welcome and the room had food and water bowls for dogs. The parking lot has one Tesla charger and one charger with two outlets for other electric vehicles. There were no other cars charging when we came and we got a full 22kW out of the two outlet charger. Charging doesn't cost anything extra but the parking is 13 EUR per night. The parking area is quite small and the places are narrow, so beware if you have a large car. The charging spots may also be occupied by non-EVs due to the lack of space.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great which is unusual in Finland. A proper shower wall/curtain would also be nice.

Very easy access to location. Beds are very comfy. Room is super clean. Facilities are easily accessible w/o staff being present. Super easy self check in and check out. Has a closed parking under the hotel. The hallway has a kitchenet and big fridges if you want to store groceries and cook something easy. Oh and there is a Pizza vending machine just across the street.

Little confused on how to access the garage after hours. Also when you arrive with the car and park behind the hotel, you have to walk around to access the hotel considering there is a hotel access door behind the building. Other than that its a super comfy place.

Nice and affordable place to stay in Vaasa. Room looked fresh. Bathroom was clean, beds were comfy. You can use a fridge in the hall (each room has their own locked cell in the fridge) and borrow plates and extra cups from small common kitchen. Breakfast was ok. Close to city centre, 15min walking.

There was no tea in the room, just a kettle. Parking next to hotel was 12e/day, but behind the next building you could park for free. There was no cappuccino nor latte, just filter coffee for breakfast

Clean room and overall new modern look, nothing fancy but works very well for short stay in Vaasa. Walking distance to city center, free parking available on the area. Good breakfast.

Room was facing towards the street and there was some noise coming from the cars.

The hotel was good.

The guest who smoke, they stand directly beside the hotel door from the parking side and smoke goes inside the hotel when guest open the door. I prefer that the hotel has a smoking area away from the hotel doors. Second thing, I have paid for 3 persons room but the child didn't make it to come with us, the receptionist changed by her self for us to a smaller room even I have paid for a bigger room without asking us.

OK location, but along a busy road on one side. The good thing about that was that it lies along the main road into town and onwards to the Sweden ferry which we took the following morning. The drapes were thick and kept the early morning light out giving us a very sound sleep.

The parking bays are narrow. It was a tight fit.

Location was great and easy to find your hotel. The room was very neat and clean. You have very friendly staff members. I will stay at your hotel again during my next visit to Vaasa.

I was not very happy with the breakfast. You should improve the quality of breakfast served in the mornings. Boiled egg was ice cold. You should keep the boiled eggs warm enough to enjoy it. Pillow in the room was less stuffed and small. It would be nice to have better pillows in the room.

The HOTEL is 5 minutes walk from city centre, but still easy to access by car. The room is cosy and tidy, good value for money! The beds were super! Even the road is close, it can't be heard at all!

We had a family room for 3. Even the 3 beds fit, there was no storage place, or a shelf to store anything. The bathroom is tidy, but very small, little place to store 3 toothbrushes :-) You have to pay 12 EUR per day for parking!

Very good location, nice staff and clean and cozy rooms.

No desk and chair in the room so therefore if you want to work you need to do it in the restaurant. Breakfast was not worth it. Not much to choose from.
