Close to Seomyeon, Mirror Pond and Hwangnyeongsan Observatory (tourist attractions)- where all the street restaurants are nearby and have many convenience stores. Also, close to the major shopping centre (with a food court) and underground shopping mall. Has the main channels on their TVs and subscriptions services (Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount) Transport (Bus, train, taxi) were OK. Able to communicate with adequate amounts of English. Has a Bidet. Able to collaborate to help with any service (luggage transfer with LuggAgent)

No Microwave. Skeptical about the boiling kettle under double glass shelf.

The hotel is located in a great location, close to the MRT lines and bus stations, many restaurants and options for food around, a mall just 8 minutes walking, convenient stores everywhere, there is a laundry place just half block away by walking, the hotel has a nice basic fitness room.

Breakfast options could be improved in terms of variety. If you're staying for just a couple of nights, it's fine, but for a longer stay to explore the city and surrounding areas, the breakfast can become monotonous with the same food every day.

The front desk staff spoke some English and with a translate app, we could communicate well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the extra room provided by our Suite room. Breakfast was buffet only which was pretty good and varied but many of the items, like the scrambled eggs, are served cold.

Wish all the breakfast items, like the scrambled eggs and veggies, were served hot. There was no iron in our room.

Like the location. Although it's not next to the metro station, it's surrounded with eateries and not too far walk to the entrance of Seomyeon Underground Shopping which leads to the metro station. Eateries are readily available around the hotel area. Checking in and out was a breeze. House keeping system of alternate day service's schedule did not upset the stay as new set of bath towels and essentials are placed outside the room to use. Thank you to the house keeping staffs for doing a great job too.

The location was great. The Hotel is near a major subway stop which made getting around the city easy. The room size was way bigger then expected and we were able to have two larger suitecases open at once. The breakfast was also really nice and at the bottom of the building there was a cafe that stayed open pretty late.

There was a small issue when checking in that our room wasn't ready. We personally didn't mind and they gave us complementary juice and face masks.

We booked 6 nights and we had a room with two beds, one double one and a single one. The location is good, close to the Seomyeon station and there is a lot of night life outside the hotel (with very good soundproof windows). The reception is located on the third floor and the staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. The room was spacious, neat and clean. The cleaning service was punctual and did a very good job. Breakfast was served on the third floor (7-10am, but last entry by 9.30am), the breakfast was good, although I missed some more fruits, it was balanced and well prepared. We really enjoyed our time.

Location was walking distance to most areas and to the metro. Good size room and bathroom. There is a nice cafe downstairs that open early. Staff were smiling and whenever we requested something, they provide it quickly

We got lost reaching the hotel as the entrance was not clear since the coffee shop took most of entrance. We asked the staff about things around area or specifically about locations and they were not aware

Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful.

Some items not available at breakfast - i.e. dished empty and no more available. Very little available in terms of a continental breakfast. Breakfast staff seemed over worked. First morning breakfast room very quiet, next morning very busy and unable to find a seat so moved into windowless conference room next door.

The room was well furnished. Most of all we appreciated the safe and the two pillows. The basement is spacious with two saunas. One for women and one for men. The sauna was 67 degrees. The hotel is located right in the center, so we had good connections to all places in Busan.

The air conditioner blew too cold air. We had to turn it off at night and sleep with the window open. So there was noise from outside, but it didn't bother us too much.

Hotel room was really comfortable and clean, with many food and shopping options within walking distance. Loved the fitness centre as well, it was very spacious and very well-equipped as well, enjoyed working out over there. Staff was very friendly as well and provided excellent service!

Location of the hotel is slightly far from the hotel albeit within walking distance. It was around 10 minutes walking distance from the train station and did not have many options for other options to travel other than taxi/ cab. Room was a bit small as well but still very comfortable and clean (: No major complains, really enjoyed our stay there!
