Spacious room, nice sas in the room, good TV, good bathrobes, quiet despite being in a VERY active neighborhood. Laundry is very useful. Very friendly cleaning staff Huge bathtub 🤗

Mattress is a bit hard for skinnier people, food smell from nearby restaurant if you open the window Front staff is not very friendly (but still professional)

- Location was great! very convenient, surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Short walk to subway exit 7. - Convenience stores on both ends of the street. - Heated floors in winter. - Hotel provides ALL essentials like toothbrush kit, vanity kit, skincare products, hair dryer, hair spray, hairbrush & comb, even shower towels and hair iron. - Rooms were big. 2 large double beds ..... mattresses were strangely different though. 1 was firm, 1 was soft. - Huge TV - Large rooms.

- Shower/tub design We had a family quad room. Koreans are used to wet bathrooms i suppose as they have a rain shower in the middle of the bathroom. We weren't so we used the showerhead in the tub. They also have a huge bathtub but perhaps the hotel can consider changing the shower head holder to one that has an adjustable angle. Right now, it's a fixed shower head holder and if you turn the tap on full, it sprays to the wall behind you and it will flood the bathroom. Foreigners will appreciate this A LOT! - Windows Aircon was turned off as it was winter - so we left the window open slightly when we slept. Street seems like a club street - it's not too noisy though but you can hear noises through the window. - hair iron has no use ... takes ages to heat up and barely hot. haha

The hotel is located at a back alley but in the middle of lots of food options. Its also near to Lotte departmental store which had pretty decent shopping.

Staff were pretty unwilling to help when we needed help to get somewhere. You have to be self reliant to stay here.

It was very clean and comfortable. We were given free bottles of water everyday. Also there was free laundry which was handy. The location was near the shops and Seomyeon subway station.

I thought the room was very roomy and spacious. I like the size of beds for a family of 4 adults. The bathroom was a good size. The tub was huge. You can shower inside and outside the tub. The toilet had a bidet installed. There is also a fridge with complimentary water. The manager was especially helpful whenever we had an issue. There are also 2 washers and 1 dryer that was free to use for hotel guests. The front desk did help us to call taxis when we needed it. The hotel is near a large lotte world and great food places.

I didn’t like that there was no standard USA outlets to plug devices. I had to ask the front desk for adapters. I wish that the front desk was more friendlier. We felt that we were not welcomed when we arrived. One particular person rarely smiled.

It's a nice value/money option. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. The cleaning was done daily, so the room was upholded in good condition. The hotel is close to the bus stop and subway station, so you can get to any part of the city without issues. The hotel itself is located in the entertainment district, so in the evenings there always was something to do or to go.

No breakfast is available, which is inconvenient. During one of the shifts, the staff wasn't polite and welcoming. It does not apply to all personnel, but still, it left an unpleasant memory.

The location is excellent! In the center of Seomyeon which is very much alive, full of restaurants, next to a huge shopping mall and close to many metro stations. Our room was quite big which is nice when you stay a few days.

Although on Booking I could confirm the reservation with my credit card (VISA from a major Belgian bank), it was rejected at the check-in by the hotel. We tried 3 different VISA (all from Belgian banks) and they were all rejected. I used the same credit cards in shops and restaurants the next days without any issue. This is really a huge problem!!! We were lucky that my partner had a Master Card (issued by a major German bank), otherwise we would not have been able to pay the hotel by credit card and I am not sure if they would have accepted a cash payment for the whole stay (4 nights).

Spacious and well equipped room for a really inexpensive fee. The room comes with a big bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer and hair straightener, on top of the soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. The hotel also provides a robe included in the service, which was comfortable and clean. All in all a good solution for a short stay in Busan. The area also offers a lot of mini-markets, easy access to the metro, restaurants and cafés.

The staff did not speak a lot of English, however we were able to interact. The reception area is a bit old-fashioned and dark, however this did not impact our stay in any way.

Our room was a ballroom: it was insanely huge ! It was very well-equipped. We did not expect such a big, clean and nice room for the price we paid. We did not have a lot of interactions with the staff but they seemed nice and someone was always present at the front desk. It's really near from Busan Station: it's cheap and quick to use a taxi (+/-5€ and 10 minutes). You are near plenty of restaurants when you stay at this hotel and the area is safe, busy and not too loud at the same time. PS: We went there in October 2024

Familiar with the location Side road but with google map easy to find. Walkable within 6 mins with luggage from Exit 7 Seomyeon station. The bathrobe was soft & silky comfortable. I like the extra sink outside of bathroom/toilet. Housekeeping was efficient too. Front desk staff a bit quiet unless you have questions to ask them. Free mineral water at fridge at lobby so we can take what we need. Free use of washing machine with free soap detergent.

It was near some clubs or restaurants where later in the night you can hear some drunk people. Also, there are some neighbouring cats meowing in the night. Still managed to sleep well. Access to the front desk is from the carpark area.
