We felt very safe, it was super clean. We loved that the vehicle was in a locked garage. Very close to so many attractions. Would have liked more pastries or croissants for breakfast. Fantastic AC Unit, very large room. We loved our stay. Quiet, even on the busy street.

1. We traveled from San Diego and were denied an early 2pm check in. We thought that being only an hour would not make a difference to them but they did not allow it. 2. The pillows are really bad and uncomfortable. First, they were about 15 x15" and very lumpy, hard in some spots making sleep not very restful.

Wow - I've stayed at many hotels from 1 star to 5 star hotels. Not sure what this was rated, but I'd give it a solid 3 stars. If it had a pool and a gym and free parking, I'd rate it even higher. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. They were quite responsive to our requests to clean room 2x while we stayed there 5 nights. We needed extra towels each day and this was not a problem for them. Everything was super clean. The room was immaculate and quite large. Was surprised to see a combo bathtub/shower as most hotels have ditched bathtubs. The TV worked well as did the Internet.

A couple of petpeeves: 1) Every 24 hours, you have to get your keys renewed. If you don't, you're locked out of garage and room. We just did this when we went to breakfast. Have no clue why they do this rigamarole with the keys. 2) The Internet kept prompting me over and over and over again to sign in. I would think it would only renew at the earliest 24 hours. It seemed like I had to renew it every 3-4 hours. 3) I'm allergic to milk, so I was quite disappointed they didn't have any options for me for coffee or cereal. I recommend they get Oat Milk in the future.

For January 11-14th, 2023: The room, lobby, and breakfast areas were very clean. The tap water tasted GOOD, to my surprise, so having a microwave oven and coffee set in the room is very convenient. Also, the breakfast bar was better than I'd expected of a "grap n go", as there were hot scrambled eggs and sausages available as well as a waffle maker and fixings and a refrigerator stocked with yogurt and butter. In addition, the two gentlemen who worked at the desk in the late afternoon-evening were very pleasant and helpful. (I regret that I don't recall their names.)

The woman who worked at the desk in the morning/afternoon on Jan. 12th or 13th, 2023, was not pleasant at all when I asked two or three questions about restaurants in the vicinity. Even though I was polite, she behaved as though I shouldn't ask any questions and just brusquely told me to "google it" and looked back at the computer screen or whatever she was doing behind the glass partition. (I regret I didn't catch her name.)

Breakfast was so good!! The Waffles were delicious, and a warm breakfast is so nice, the eggs & sausage, bagels with cream cheese, it was above what we expected for a lower price hotel with breakfast

Our view was the a/c unit equipment but it was ok we came to visit my daughter and just sleep & shower in the room I heard the neighbors 2 nights out of 3 that we stayed, coming in at like 3am, laughing and talking, the walls seemed thin. And their headboard must have been on the same wall as my headboard if you know what I mean, luckily it was only about 15 min of this noise one time, the other night was laughing and talking. My family didn't wake up, just me unfortunately

Next to an awesome Thai fusion restaurant. The staff was really nice and the place was clean. They did enter our room for turndown when we had the privacy sign up, however. You have to reprogram our keys in the morning which was weird, but there is always an attendant, so it was easy to do on the way out. Parking felt really safe!

Great location, friendly staff, very clean with all necessary facilities, restaurants nearby, decent breakfast included.

Pillows a little uncomfortable and slightly small beds. We weren't able to take a packed muffin when we were 10 minutes late for breakfast.

Good hotel: clean, pleasant. Breakfast is modest. I want to thank and praise the hotel staff: Anna Anatolia. Honest, responsible girls. They returned my lost gold earring to me. Room cleaning is excellent!

I enjoyed my stay at this location. I enjoyed the staff. They were very helpful. The house keeping they are very friendly and they did a excellent job with cleanliness.

Only thing I noticed was low pressure for the shower and no shampoo.

The walls are thin! we could hear the people above us walking.You need heavier carpets & you need to move the bed away from shared walls as we could hear from Midnight to 2:00 am very personal goings on.

The location was fantastic. Great value for being right between Silver Lake and Echo Park. right on the Sunset and Santa Monica bus line, which made navigating the city so simple.

Could use slightly larger pillows, but in the end that was a minor quibble.
