The receptionist/manager was very nice and helpful. He even wheeled our luggage to our room when I took my wife in by wheel chair. He replaced my TV remote quickly and came down to make sure it worked. It looks like they are remodeling the hotel and so there was a little construction going on when we were there. When we got to our room it was much better than the hallway would have suggested. Our room was large, easy to get around in and the shower was very good.

We had to park quite a ways from our hotel to register. After I found they had parking in the back which was more convenient.

Plenty of parking. Very close to downtown restaurants and bars and shopping. Could walk to every thing. Near gas station. Newly remodeled inside, fresh paint, flooring and furnishings. Bed comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Shower head a little odd, breakfast limited though we aren’t big breakfast people. Coffee machine was great day 1 then a little off next two days. But so many coffee places down town to try so not a big issue for us.

Another hotel showing it's age a little. Room was pretty plain. It could have at least done with a picture on the wall to liven it up. Having said that it was clean and the bed comfortable so for a one night stop over it was OK. It's very well located being just a short walk to the main street and all the bars and restaurants. The guy on the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty standard, waffles etc. It wasn't stupidly expensive so we felt that it was value for money.

Looking a little tired.

A fantastic customer service experience, due to flight delays from salt lake city via Denver and an unplanned stopover in Denver, I was a day late to Rapid Reg airport. I informed the manager Curtis who was so helpful, and despite their being a bike rally lpcally, he managed to accommodate me 1 extra day in the beautiful town of Custer - I would highly recommend this venue. The staff were so helpful at every opportunity.

For a free breakfast, it was ok. Just not my idea of a continental breakfast. I've stayed in many motels that had a MUCH wider food assortment.

Can't complain about too much. Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Beds were great. I'd definitely recommend the Days Inn Custer to anyone.

The check-in process was efficient and friendly; the room was very clean and looked recently updated; the price, parking and location were also good.

My only issue was that the air conditioner in my room initially did not cool the room quickly. The temperature control worked well for the remainder of my stay, however.

Nice and renovated room. Great location from which you can walk to anything in the city. Very nice and welcoming staff caring for their guests. I used to skip Days Inn as not an amazing chain usually and a bit old ... this hotel and stay will make me reconsider Days Inn again in the future. Great people !

This motel is close to downtown with restaurants and shopping. You are less than 30 minutes away from the crazy horse memorial. The motel had an exceptional breakfast.

Parking was on the corner so you need to get there early in order to get a space for the night.

The breakfast was a 'motel breakfast', with the usual options. Adequate without being exciting. The room was fit for purpose; comfortable with adequate furniture. The location was excellent - one block from the main street, which, on our stay, was crammed with beautiful Harleys, Indians etc! Great noise, brilliant vibe!!

The motel could use a vacuum cleaner that reaches behind doors and into corners! Not the cleanest room, but, at the same time, not unacceptable. Some of the towels had seen better days, too.

Nice big comfy beds with clean white sheets, photos online with coloured patterned redlined etc probably not doing it justice

Breakfast offering good maybe could have been a little better. Not throw away plates & knives & forks would be better to
