Clean, spacious room equipped with plates, cutlery etc. Large bathtub, comfortable bed. Shuttle to the strip.

From the 3rd floor the wifi wasnt very strong and kept dropping out. The room had a connecting door the next room so you could hear the people in the next room

I loved the room. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave and coffee. The shampoo and conditioner was great. Nice having shops and restaraunts next door. I felt safe at this hotel. I especially loved the jets in the bathtub. They also give you dishes, dishsoap, a sponge, paper towels and there are 2 beach towels in the closet.

I didn't like how thin the walls were. I could hear the people talking in the rooms next to me and could even hear if they dropped the toilet seat.

The shuttle bus was a great and really helpful service to get to the strip. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean, bed was comfy, pool was fantastic.

If you're not from the US (like me) keep in mind that the hotel also charges a daily resort fee, separate from the room rate, which we had to pay when we got there. Nothing crazy, but worth noting.

Having a washer and dryer which uses quarters BUT, staff are not allowed to give you quarters to use the machines is STUPID and IDIOTIC!!! They told us to go over to another location to obtain quarters. Seriously??

There is a shuttle to the Strip going once every hour, the rooms have a little kitchen area, it is calm and there are shops closeby.

An additional resort fee was not included in the booking.com fee description, making it harder to compare this hotel with others.

The pool was amazing, the room was pretty decent size. Cable channels were great. It was quiet! Great location not too far from the strip and so many restaurant choices. Covered parking spots kept the car cool.

One elevator on the very far end of the hall, we had to basically take stairs the whole way since we were on the 3rd floor at the very end away from the elevator. Staff was eh, but I guess that's just the generation.

The facilities were very nice, comfortable and well maintained. The size of the suites were really comfortable.

The customer service prior to the arrival is awful. They don't answer any message sent through booking.com and if you try to contact them directly by phone, they say they are unable to help you as you did the reservation though a third party. So, make sure to establish anything you need right at the moment of the reservation as you can make sure that they won't notice nor read any message or handle any change to you reservation after the reservation is confirmed. It was easier for me to cancel my reservation and make a new one rather that waiting for help to change my original reservation.

The young man at check in was totally professional and helpful. I arrived at hotel later than expected due to the Airline flight cancellation and same day reschedule, so he provided a wonderful room upgrade. King room suite was large with refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, coffee pot, jet spa tub/shower, plenty of super clean towels, comfy bed and pillows, beautiful suite design. Two large Pools, area was breezy, tropical, and comfortable anytime of the day. This hotel is an uber ride to The Strip, however a short walk to The New Orleans Hotel and Casino, Walgreens, Subway, Dennys. Enjoyed this hotel stay, I would return again.

The suite was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved that there were no slot machines or any "Vegas" feel. Definitely family friendly. Thank you for having such a lovely, peaceful resort that's different from the high rolling, fast moving Vegas. This was a breath of fresh air after fighting the traffic to get there.

This has nothing to do with the lodging itself, but there is a limited choice of food within walking distance. We were pretty exhausted by the time we got to the resort and did not want to get back in the car, so our eating choice was small. I suppose Door Dash would work though.
