It was fine. Met all my needs and I had no complaints.

The biggest complaints are extremely minor. The remote control was a little difficult to use and there wasn't non flavored milk/creamer for the coffee.

The room was very nice. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The staff was very friendly. I really like the fact that you need your room key to get into the building from side and rear entrances. I just wish it were just a little cheaper.

I was not comfortable having to ask for things when I needed them. I know that staff is there to help make my experience a great one, but I will not make them run around like crazy to please me. They have enough to handle. A coffee maker in my room would have been great. I know it is because of Covid and I get it. Also, the site states breakfast included and I made the mistake of assuming that it was a hot breakfast not just muffins and granola bars.

I had stayed at ESA Budd Lake back in 2017 for an extended period. This trip was for my brother and I to visit our mom, who lives in a Mt. Olive assisted living community, for her 98th birthday. The reason for the very high rating for employees is that Cheryl Donaldson was extremely helpful with helping us with a scheduling change. Cheryl and the other ESA employees behind the desk were all pleasant, respectful and attentive to our needs, and especially to my Goldendoodle pup's wants (treats).

It is not that I didn't like anything. I know that ESA is not like a typical hotel stay. And, knowing that, my stay is what I expected. Typically, we would stay at the Holiday Inn - Budd Lake for a number of reasons: 1. They offer a breakfast 2. They have a courtyard within the hotel. 3. They have a bar. 4. And most importantly to me, they are a member of the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce. I was a member of the MOACC for 11 years. Having served on the board for many of those years. And, I am a past president of the MOACC.

The location is good however it's also near an Amazon shipping facility so it's noisy and I don't know what the staff can do about it but there are people or dog owners in a residence overnight like myself for not courteous and don't pick up the dog poop and it is absolutely pathetic I have been at this facility at least four different occasions and it goes great and it's great for the value and I used to request a nice quiet room in the corner but every time I come out to walk my dog rain or shine disrespectful people don't pick up their dog poop in the same token when do staff go around in Patrol the property to help pick up litter or dog poop because that is a problem unfortunately someone has to pick up after someone else but it's pathetic to see that how can that be remedy

As as I said above it is very helpful for its location except for the fact it's near an Amazon shipping facility in you're always hearing Amazon trucks till midnight or Beyond and I know it's not the staff fault but how can it be remedied that dog poop is picked up and litter is picked up because some residents who stay there short or long term or highly disrespectful I'm staying there usually one or two nights and I see dog poop that's not even mine and I pick it up is there a way that that could be patrolled more there's cameras around why can't they penalize the people who are not picking up their own dog poop

Breakfast was just enough. Coffee was hot. Staff was cheerful.

Though the inside was well kept and tidy, I couldn't understand why there were so many q-tips and cigarette butts curbside at the entrance.

A get away with my man....3 nights. Great price!!! and value for sure!!! People was very nice and well.2 just a great experience.

The staff was great and We are really thinking about coming back soon,close grocery stores so was able to cooked our own food. Thats the best thing about having a room with a kitchen saves money for sure. Excellent!!!

Room accommodations were very good. Kitchenette was a plus. Staff friendly.

Elevator was out of order. Using stairs was very difficult for two disabled seniors. Also room could use an air freshener .
