The location was great, very close to the airport just in case you have to travel and need to saty close. The room was very clean! Unfourtanetely the breakfast at 8:20 am in the morning was almost finished and nothing else were added, even no personal helping with it were there.

If you have somebody helping in the area of breakfast could be better. Or Probably you can help more if you sell breakfast with more options and well served.

Amazing and Fantastic hotel!!! Hard working family run establishment means that there is attention to detail. They and their obviously happy, polite staff keep the hotel cleeeeeeean!!! I mean spotless!! I'm doubtful they could even tolerate the thought of uncleanliness in their establishment. You will not even see bugs attempt to fly in here, its that clean!! My room was large with aircon, microwave, quiet refrigerator, TV and very decent speedy WiFi. The bathroom is huge, with more towels than I have in my house. My bed, the best nights sleep I've had in a long layover ever!!! Actually better than my bed at home. There's a gas station and 24hr drive in "Jack in the box" next door to the hotel if you arrive late at IAH as I did with no alternative. And yes they will serve you if you walk to the cashier window. Otherwise there's similar a 12 minute walk away, whataburger etc. Nonetheless even with these places next door it is tranquil there. Silent!! Now about my late night arrival.... I called the hotel for a shuttle bus around 1130 pm and the wonderful girl at reception had it arrive and wait for me at IAH within ten minutes. The driver, couldn't contact me on my British number, so my fault, but he knew my name when I found the bus. So 10/10 for experienced staff and solid communications. And dont forget this was the night of the -10°C windchill. Following day, again the wonderful girl at reception allowed me a complimentary later checkout time, so that I could "kill" an hour before my flight, she got me a shuttle bus and the driver was all about getting us to IAH on time through all the Christmas traffic, while keeping us entertained with the most wonderful Texan "parler" which is my favourite thing in the world to hear... Honestly for what I did pay at Sleep Inn I have been used to far less hospitality. Would definitely book again just to be treated with that kind of dignity as an economy traveller.

The breakfast was nice, the room looked great, all seemed OK. The resolution to one of my concers, (below) was off the charts special.

The TV did not work, although it was late and I neded sleep, that would have been nice. Also, the Shuttle, whch was the main reason I booked that Sleep Inn, left without me twice. I got a little upset and the gentleman working, both late at night and early called what I thought was a cab. I started imagining a 50 dollar cab ride, even as I was sharing it with another guy that also had been left behind by one of the Shuttle drivers. As we made the very short trip to IAH, the airport, the dude dropped us off and we both realized the gentleman at the hotel desk had simply booked an Uber. Wow, in retrospect., I was embarrassed for reacting the way that I had back at the hotel lobby. CLASSY.

Free transfer to/from the airport. Spacious room. Everuthing was perfectly clean. Great breakfast - waffles, cereals, muffins, yoguts, toasts, butter, jam, coffee (just no eggs). Would definitely stay again.

The only minor issue was with the transfer back, the convenient time was full, so we has to take very early one and It arrived 15 minutes earlier, so breakfast was in a rush

The room was comfortable and spacious. Work space/desk was nice, with room to spare. Temperature control was very nice, I've stayed in places that when turning down the air didn't result in a comfortable room. Not Sleep Inn, it was really nice. Bed was comfortable.

Had to kill a wasp in the room that first night that I stayed. Then found another dead wasp right outside my room door. The facility was clean, so not sure where they were coming from. As a person who is allergic to wasp stings, this was a little unsettling. Breakfast was healthy choice with all whole grains. If that's what you like, then you're great. I like a bit more of the unhealthy great tasting food myself.

Close to the airport with a convenient shuttle. We were forced by a hectic schedule to arrive at the hotel 2 hours before the check-in time. The manager went out of his way to make us comfortable in the lounge/lobby of Sleep Inn. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The staff was very accommodating, even with a system issue that caused an overbooking situation. The free breakfast was good, but it doesn't seem to get refilled too often, so I recommend going down early to get a better selection. The location is close to the airport, which is exactly what we needed.

The sheets on the bed were stained in multiple areas, and one of the washcloths was also stained so we didn't use either. Although it isn't a deal breaker for me, the hotel is next to a dog boarding place, and our room was facing that, so about 630a-7a, you start hearing a lot of dogs barking. I'm sure the boarding place was busier because of the holiday weekend, so that's why it wasn't a deal breaker.

Close to airport, availability of shuttle @3.30 am. friendly, helpful staff

Grab & go breakfast would be appreciated for early departures

Nice and big rooms, the girl who’d checked us in was amazingly nice.

bathroom needs upgrades, breakfast quality is low and options are insufficient.

staff is amazing they are very helpful, location and cleanliness.

had to change my room twice, due to dirty mattress and second time due to very low pressure in shower.
