CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to start with this so this review does not initially appear negative regarding the hotel because I can't say enough good things. I actually had to cancel my reservation prior to our stay so I can't speak much to the hotel itself but what I can rave about is the outstanding customer service this hotel offers. I made the huge mistake of using Booking.com to make this reservation and will never again use them. I started the cancellation process well in advance of a few weeks so timing was not an issue. Booking.com was completely awful to work with in doing this. After many, many hours on hold, the multiple phone calls back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com I have learned a very valuable lesson to book direct every time. Over 3 months later, I finally received a refund. ANDREW (Hotel Manager) WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH HIS LEVEL OF PATIENCE, NOT ONLY WITH MY NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS BUT HAVING TO SPEAK TO BOOKING.COM MULTIPLES TIMES ATTEMPTING TO DO EVERYTHING HE COULD TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED MY REFUND. IT WAS NO FAULT OF THIS HOTEL FOR THE DELAY. MY FAMILY AND I PASS THROUGH THIS AREA YEARLY AND WILL BE SURE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL SO I CAN PERSONALLY THANK ANDREW FOR HIS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT FIRST I WILL CALL AND BOOK OUR STAY BEFORE I EVER USE A THIRD PARTY AGAIN. IF I CAN STOP ONE PERSON FROM MAKING THE MISTAKE OF USING BOOKING.COM THEN THIS POST IS WORTH IT. We booked this room last minute on our travels and were not sure what to expect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were hoping for a walkable location and this was exactly that in a very cute area close to restaurants and shops. The price was a little higher than some other hotels on our search, but worth it if you are looking for a walkable location!

Staff were incredibly friendly and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. The restaurant dining area was open late which was a plus since many of the local restaurants closed early. Entire hotel was clean and professional looking.

The hotel bar menu was excellent; however, I would have liked to have more food options at the hotel restaurant. Streets were noisy which made for sleepless nights.

The room was great, comfortable bed and great shower.

The breakfast was very strange...they have a franchise from Starbucks but the whole breakfast experience was strange. The large coffee was only 1/2 full and then they presented you with a bill you needed to sign so they could cross-bill the hotel and they never explained that to you when you got the bill.

Since I had booked through Booking.com I could not change my stay at the front desk. Needed to leave a day early but stayed since I had paid for it and could not change my bill for leaving a day early. Also they could not tell me what the difference in room rates between Courtyard and Booking.

Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Love the location, so close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

Hotel does not have its own parking deck, but the do offer valet parking for a very reasonable fee.

What breakfast??

I was not given a receipt at checkout. Later that day I received the receipt via email and we were charged for parking. We self parked in the garage, and the hotel gave us a card to use when leaving garage to make it no charge. The card didn't work, the attendant said the hotel gave us the wrong card. He opened the gate so we could exit the garage.

Location was excellent and central Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly Check in/out was seamless as was valet parking

No luggage racks in room But otherwise faultless

Helpful staff. Convenient location for our college reunion at Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. I booked three rooms, and requested nearby locations. That was granted and appreciated.

our room was above “the taste of Italy”. a bit noisy at times.
