Deposit of 200 Euro is not appear clearly in term and condition and that is not adding value to the business

The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom is very nice.

The location is far from train station.

Great location near the airport. During the day there is a free shuttle bus that goes to all the nearby hotels. It runs every hour or half hour depending on the time of day. Ask the hotel for details. They have a gym and sauna. Comfortable room.

The room smelled of smoke when we first arrived. Opened the window and it was fine after an hour or so.

I’ve been coming to Paris many times and had different hotels. This was one of my best visit. Enrico welcomed me and upgraded me to a large room that was set up like a studio apartment. It was so nice I only want to come here when I’m Paris. The breakfast was nice and it was calm. The rooms we clean and the kitchen stocked with utensils. Enrico was kind, patient and accommodating. Enrico, the manager was beyond phenomenal. He accommodated me with a larger room when the original room I booked was not conducive for my work. The room had enough light, WiFi worked well, it was clean, the breakfast was nice, and the entire staff was kind. It was centrally located to get to Paris and it was close to Orly airport. This is one of the best hotel room for value price m, I’ve stayed at in France. I’d come back here every time.

Good price for value offered, Comfortable bed, Full kitchenette, heated towel rack, TV that works with a USB to watch your movies TV shows, view pictures or listen to music with and Free shuttle service from ORLY airport. You could really live out of this room and work here if you wanted to.

The shower didn't have a shower door 🚿, phone didn't work when trying to call the front desk and There was a spot in the corner of the bathroom that looked dirty.

Convenient to Orly airport; Belle Epine town centre; bus to and from train station.

Staff to have insight on how to get to hotel by train / bus / walking which was really easy thanks to staff at station etc; to be able to offer a service to call Uber / taxi for holiday makers like myself; my mobile couldn’t connect and a stranger called the hotel on my behalf asking if they can and it was an abrupt no and put down the phone. Thank God it was not night time and as a lady on her own. He called an Uber and refused payment from me.

Spacious room and bathroom. We had a twin connected room that was helpful. Location was convenient for us to reach the east and west parts of Paris which was our agenda. People at reception were nice. Parking was normally chargeable but we got free spaces on the street.

One of the room had a bad smell.

I've stayed here several times because of the location and the kitchenette, but had provided some feedback on what could be done. I'm happy to see that it has been taken into consideration and saw that the shower/tub area was renovated and the room walls were freshly painted. The place in general looks much nicer and cleaner. Parking is also on location and budget friendly! With the renovations in place ( and hopefully more to come), plus the parking, I think we will make this our go to, as we go at least 3 times a year.

Some things could still be better to give a nicer feel, like the bathroom door clearly has a whole and it was covered up, but very noticeable. The carpet has a few stains, not dirty looking exactly, but maybe paint stains or similar.

Nice to have a place to "stop over" after a flight from Italy and before flying home to California. Enrico at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating ... appreciated him taking the time to help me find a box so I could wrap a few souvenirs to take home. Also nice that it was so close to the airport.

The room was clean enough but there were a few dark stains on the carpet. Overall, good place to stay.
