Clean, friendly, good food, great location. Shuttle to airport in the morning was great, dropping us off right in front of our terminal. Our room was surprisingly quiet, even being right next to the airport.

After a long day we went all the way up to our room to find out our keys no longer worked. The front desk was quick to fix, but after walking 8 miles, it was a little frustrating. Shuttle from airport didn’t run in the afternoon, so we had to take the T7 to hotel. Fortunately we arrived at terminal 4, so it was a short walk to tram, and only a few stops away. Also, it was a nice way to start learning the train system.

It's very close to the airport, but sound-insolated, so I didn't hear much noise inside. Very clean, perfect for one night stay before your flight. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Very nice breakfasts.

Everything seemed expensive. Like the room didn't have a single bottle of water but you could buy it downstairs for 4.5 euro. Also a tiny room for 100 euro per night, I don't know, maybe it's a normal price for an airport hotel, since this was my first time staying at a hotel near an airport, but it seemed a bit overpriced. But Paris is overpriced in general, so... Be ready.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel, 3 min from airport by taxi, 10 by tram. Staff is super nice, everyone I met spoke English, so easy to communicate.

Everything as stated in the description. Would be great to have minibar/fridge in the room and at least kettle. But you can take water near reception on 1st floor and ask staff for hot. Would be great to have clear information in terms of shuttle timetable, especially from airport to hotel and clear directions and timing how to use Tram: where is the stop, how to get there, closest terminal. What direction to take, timetable. How to get to hotel from stop. Difficult to find when you arrive at night with heavy luggage.

The hotel and the room are clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent. If you have time, it takes about 90 minutes to get to the center. Although the bed is smaller in size, it is excellent for sleeping.

The friendliness of certain staff could have been better. We got free coffee on arrival from I think was the manager of the hotel, she made a nice gesture. Let these young girls learn kindness.

The room was great - quiet, functional, with the necessary amenities (hair dryer, towels, blinds on the window). No complaints, we slept wonderfullly.

The free shuttle to the airport doesn't run between 10 in the morning and 6 in the afternoon which seems a bit strange considering it is an airport hotel and there are flights during all those times. We had to spend an extra 10 euros on a taxi.

Lively clean hotel, we couldn’t find the shuttle to take us to the hotel, we ended up on the wrong one and ended up at the wrong ibis (there are 3 all on the airport area) but once at the hotel the staff were very friendly and advised us how to use the trams etc. breakfast was fine continental style and plenty of choice.

Fire alarm went off at 8am from burnt toast and no staff advising what to do (before we knew it was the toast that set the alarm off)

Great location for an early departure from Orly with free and frequent shuttle service; The room was adequate for one night, with a comfy bed and an adequate bathroom. Staff was friendly and focussed on smooth processing at every step. Food and drinks available for purchase in the hotel. All in all pleasant experience.

There are quite some queues at the breakfast, more spreading of the buffet could shorten the queues. I could not afford the wait and had to leave without breakfast to get my shuttle on time.

Newer place, hip Decor for an airport hotel. We took the Metro 7 to its end then a connecting Tram T7 Helene Boucher to the hotel. $2.50 each person.

The room had a feature to “cast” streaming apps to the TV. It would not work. I called the front desk where a couple people were at 10pm…and they said no “tech” help was onsite. JUST come up and try to troubleshoot! At a more upscale hotel in Copenhagen, a desk person immediately came upstairs and got the Chromecast working…no need for a specialist.

I would like to say something about the staff, they were really excellent. They make an extraordinary effort, especially during the peak breakfast hours, congratulations. And the berakfast was also perfect. Everything was so delicious.

The crowd created by the customers who came with the tour at breakfast was a big problem. I do not know how to find a solution to this, but when we got off at the rush hour, we could not find a place to sit or anything to eat. Luckily they made up for it.

The airport shuttle bus was very small and we had to watch one full up then stand and wait another 20 minutes for the next one, which was over cramped and left more people waiting. Watching larger shuttle busses from other hotels going around the roundabout made it clear it is a problem possible to solve.
