A lovely hotel, although it’s older it’s kept you really nice condition and modern. Wonderful staff, nice food and a really nice experience overall.

The check in experience is good. The staff are wonderful, but I’m not sure about the policy of actually taking funds out of your credit card and holding them, you don’t get the money back for a month. So in the meantime I’m getting charged interest on the deposit that they withdrew from my account. I understand why they do hold funds, but most hotels just put a hold on the money, not actually withdraw it from your credit card.

Very friendly and professional staff. Great location next to Central mall and a short walk to various markets and UD Town food court. Convenient parking for hotel guests. Good breakfast. Nice scent when you enter the hotel. Good sauna, herbal steam room and hot & cold jacuzzis in the health club. Comfortable beds and walk-in shower.

Nothing really. The pool was not very inspirational and was deserted, but that is probably due to the weather and it being low season. For the WiFi you have to sign in again every time after leaving the premises or after the night.

Comfort, cleanliness, size, friendliness of the staff. Quality of the breakfast.

Here is a message I sent to the hotel a few days after our stay. Ten days later we have not received a reply. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in your hotel between 16 - 19 November. We were in room 729. The service was excellent. I have a request to make. I have mislaid an envelope with around 4000 baht in it. I do not know if it happened in the hotel or somewhere else. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety but it was a bit expensive. Location was great for being next to the mall which had many shopping options and amazing food court. Came in handy when we needed something last minute and when we had unexpected free time.

Laundry service was very expensive compared to other hotels stayed at, 3-4 times the amount. Also, they had signs in the room about being charged for missing items and I thought that was not tasteful. Perhaps visitors could be informed another way.

Despite there is permanent chaotic parking situation, staff finds alwaws a solution, to park the car. Breakfast is very rich and valuable. Internet very good. The location is great, close to Central Robinson and close to the night markets of Udon

maybe the problem is more likely caused by booking.com. I booked the Hotel 2 month prior to arrival as "no refundable". I had to pay at booking with my credit card. When I had to pay the additional fee for the cat, the total amount of my stay plus the cat was withdrawn from the credit card. I assumed the amount of the stay had been already drawn when I was booking, therefore I had to trust the frontdesk . I couldn't check my account, since I have an old-fashioned account with only monthly overview of my activities. The amount for one night's stay for a cat ,500 Baht, is far too much. No service for the cat included, even no insurance for possible damages.

The room was comfortable and perfectly clean. The hotel has 2-3 restaurants, and the lobby lounge with live music is a good option to unwind! Staff is courteous and was handling our request promptly. Breakfast was very good with a wide offering of fruits & delicacies

the part of reducing environment footprint, where some amenities are 'upon request'- it feels a bit strange that toothbrush sets have to be requested. Also, the italian restaurant could make an effort to serve diners after 8:30. It was not very friendly to be turned down with the option to 'takeaway only' the food.

Being next door to the Central Plaza shopping Centre is always so handy for food and extra shopping !! Breakfast is always great and our extra large suite is always great due to the massive room ..

I've stayed in the same suite many times and yes it's brilliant for it's size the price of the suite has increased so much as i was now paying $4oo Aussie a night for the room ..

The hotel is fantastic. Room service isn't perfect but it's good enough. Decent pool, fantastic gym.

This isn't to do with the hotel it's to do with booking.com If you're genius 3 book direct. The 'benefit' of early and late check in and out plus 10% off all food isn't accepted by Centara. Try to email support at booking and you get zero response

the management is above and beyond many management teams we have encountered in our many years of traveling abroad! the breakfast buffet is a very good deal at 250 baht and the omelette station chef is a rockstar!! thank you and see you again!!

well we had a few issues that the manager took care of and then went out of their way to make things the best they could! when there are issues a manager can either make it better or worse and the team did a great job! but I will say we encountered this bar help that was VERY RUDE and was heckling my wife while I was away! he’s lucky 1. I’m not 25 anymore and 2. we are in a foreign country! if he was my employee he would be fired!!

To my surprise the hotel had been completely refurbished since my last stay a couple of years ago, and that shows, a beautifully renovated groundfloor, with reception,bar and relaxed sitting areas. The restaurant is now located on the first floor , beautifully redesigned. The rooms have got a facelift as well and are spacious ,clean with very comfy beds, big TV 55" . Location is 5 star, next to Central Plaza huge shoppingmall with all kinds of shops,restaurants,banks,departmentstores,cinema and the like, and at just a few minutes walkingdistance from night-&foodmarket,trainstation,busstation,hospital,and nightentertainment areas Breakfast is delicious with a lot to choose from, and the breakfastroom is spacious and cozy Staff real class, nice ,polite, super proffesional Warmly recommended Top Notch !
