It was well located, very convenient for excursions into the city and venues I wanted and needed to find. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. And, the breakfast service was offered at convenient times and provided a good variety of breakfast foods and beverages. The parking arrangement for my rental care was perfect and reasonably priced. I would be happy to recommend it to fellow travelers.

What would have been otherwise a pleasant stay at this accommodation is now bittersweet, because I forgot my headphones in the hotel. Staff was very nice and said they can send it via mail to my home address. BUT, I need to give them my credit card details first so they can charge me. This is not how it works as a credit card owner you NEVER give CC details to anyone, especially not over the phone or email. I offered to make a UPN transaction, but they refused as they always do it by credit card. Booking customer service was also of no use. So now I either risk getting scammed and losing my money, or have additional costs with canceling and creating a new credit card, or I just buy new headphones.

The hotel is located a short walk from the old city walls. There is parking on site, which was very convenient. We parked outside for free, but they also have secure, covered parking under the building. There is an elevator, making it handy to manage baggage. Lots of things to do in Aix, a university town with a vibrant atmosphere.Unfortunately the Cezanne Atelier was closed during our visit. We did visit the Caumont Museum which was excellent, the Tapestry Museum and the Vasarely Foundation, which was stunning. The breakfast buffet was ample and varied Plenty of coffee options. Seating inside or outdoors on nice days.

Le Mozart had everything you needed to make your stay pleasant and lots of little details were thought of by the hotels staff/owners to add to your comfort

The parking was a bit difficult on days when the occupancy was high, so perhaps the front of the hotel parking and the underground car park should be made more easily accessable and perhaps more space could be left for turning vehicles in front of the main entrance?

The helpful staff on reception - we arrived early and the receptionist went to see if the room was ready. She offered free parking on the forecourt or a place in the underground garage, as agreed, for 10Euro. Cleanliness, comfort, helpfulness in finding our way around - we were in town for eye surgery, and had all the help we needed to find our destination. Also help in finding good eateries in the evening. Breakfast was fresh, varied and more than adequate - the fig bread was particularly delicious!

The size of the room, maybe. There was little room to move around the double bed. It was impossible to open the bathroom door and the wardrobe door at the same time. A cheerful information leaflet would have been welcome in the room as we had forgotten what time we'd been told breakfast was...

We liked everything. Hotel Mozart was a very pleasant surprise. Located just a few minutes walking from the city center, it’s a lovely hotel with a very nice atmosphere. The room was clean, well maintained and was equipped with all we needed, including a kettle and tea/coffee. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. They went the extra miles to make our stay pleasant, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the hotel also has a little garden, where you can seat and have breakfast if the weather is nice. All in all, excellent value for money, especially for Aix-en-Provence. If I were to go back I would like to stay at hotel Mozart again.

The hotel it's very pleasant, with comfortable rooms with balconies, nice indoor plants/decoration, and a terrace for outdoor breakfast. The breakfast it's relatively simple, but fairly priced, as are the prices in general. I must highlight the staff, which are all very sympathetic and mostly speak good English. It's not exaclty in the city center, but in a quiet and calm residential neighborhood, which is great for sleeping.

There aren't restaurants or stores nearby, but if your have no problem walking 10-15 minutes to get to them, it's not an issue.

the location is great, 10min to walk to the center. very quiet. you can wake up with beautiful sunlight of Provence, and birdsong. staffs are super kind and helpful! the room is very clean with the little balcony. the bathroom is also very clean and I love the color, simple white＆blue. you can make hot tea or coffee in the room. my flight was late at night, so I could leave my bags at the front desk.lovely quiet hotel.totally recommend!

The staff was incredibly nice. The room was quiet, comfy, clean and I even had a balcony facing some trees. The location was super close to the inner city but far from its normal messiness. Great choice.

The parking is not very big but not much the hotel can do about it. It is just a physical limitation. I was able to park my rental car for free so it is just a matter of luck as well.

The hotel is located near one end of Rue Mirabeau, on a main street full of restaurants, and has some 10 outdoor parking places (free) and some indoor parking (10 euros/day). The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed very comfortable. Everything seemed new. The breakfast was quite varied and generous, good coffee. Good service. Pretty good wifi, free of charge. Decent price.
