The central location with hotel parking. The room and bed size were exceptional with a window looking out to a pretty courtyard garden. Decorated with lovely antiques and tasteful period features. The electric blinds made a complete black out, which we like at night. Check in and out was simplicity itself and the host was flexible about leaving the car for a little longer while we explored Albi in the morning. It was a luxury one night stay, for a birthday, in the middle of a gite holiday and it did not disappoint.

I think the breakfast could have been better. Quite a basic continental with coffee from a machine.

Excellent location a few steps from the historic center with the possibility of secure parking for a motorcycle for 15 Euros per night. The hotel's beautiful architecture evokes the early 20th century. Absolute peace. A fantastic opportunity to sit in the cozy garden (the garden can be visited even after the staff have left by entering through the first floor - ask at the reception).

Superb location a short walk from historic centre Large gated car park which is unusual for a town centre location There is a nightly charge. Parking is accessed via a separate street behind the hotel so best to get directions to the car park before you arrive and go straight there rather than to the reception first as it is not easy to park at the front. Staff very friendly and helpful Good size comfortable room nicely decorated in a modern style . Air con has a max and minimum setting but a specific temperature cannot be set. It just about coped but the outside temperatures were particularly high when we stayed. Beautifully decorated large reception and lounge and a lovely garden. Albi is a lovely town which exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was ok , continental style , but quite basic for the price. No hot option so e.g. no toaster or egg boiling machine. A mini fridge in the room (especially in a heatwave) would have been nice but this is a suggestion rather than a criticism.

The breakfast provided was rudimentary, barely sufficient to meet minimal expectations. The cheese was inexpensive and processed, as were the sliced cold meats. The cereals offered were similarly basic and low-cost.

Its central location and easy parking in a large secure courtyard together with the friendly and helpful staff. My room was quiet, well equipped with a very comfortable bed and a good shower room.

The breakfast had rather limited choice and it would be nice to have it outside in the garden.

Wonderfully situated Hotel, near to the centre of the city and its great shopping and market district Safe and secure garden parking with direct access to the hotel lobby. Staff were so helpful with directions and advice. We'd return again without hesitation.

Nice , centrally located hotel with beautiful garden and very convenient secure parking. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was no hot water due to a breakdown, which we were not informed about in advance. We were unpleasantly surprised after a long and tiring journey.

We were greeted cordially by Caroline who we learned is now the fifth generation of her family to own and operate this hotel. That says a lot by itself! Great, quiet location. Secure parking. Ten minute easy walk down the shopping streets to the main square with the cathedral, Toulouse-Lautrec museum, etc. Nice quiet garden to enjoy coffee, breakfast or and afternoon tea or libation. The air conditioning was wonderful and quiet. Did not hear a sound all evening even though our room was near the elevator and on the street side of the hotel which is located on a very quiet street to begin with. . Overall, an excellent stay. Excellent location- walking access to beautiful old town and river. Very good breakfast. Little garden area full of birds. Parking secure behind hotel. Historical venue. Clean, attractive reno retaining old features amongst modern. View over ceramic roof tiles from room.

This place had a wonderful room that was clean with an updated bathroom. The best part was the location, only a few steps away from the central Place du Vigan. The hotel had parking, but there was also an underground parking facility underneath place du Vigan that was easy to use as well.
