Staff very pleasant and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent power shower. Kettle in room with coffee with herbal and fruit teas. Excellent breakfast with good selection -;fresh fruit, yogurts, fruit juice, bacon and scrambled egg, cold meats and cheeses, pancakes, jam and pastries. Coffee machine. Restaurant in the hotel serves good dinner.

From the outside it was difficult to see that it was the hotel and not just a restaurant. We arrived early and the hotel was closed. Location is in a commercial district with little around. However, found a very good restaurant with parking 3 mins drive away La Taverna de la Caractere for lunch while we waited for reception to open at our prearranged time of 3pm.

Stayed here on the way down and again on the way back through France

The receptionist, when we arrived, was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, and had plenty of amenities, including an excellent air conditioner. There were plenty of places to eat close by, including the hotel (the evening buffet looked very nice indeed), but we wanted to see the city centre, which was a taxi ride. Glad we made the effort, as the centre was great, and we were fortunate to have arrived during "fête de la musique", so we had an amazing evening. Next morning, plenty of choice for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

very nice Hotel. Just been refurbished. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. Also the city of Angers is a must, if you are in this part of France. Travelling with our dog, we found many places for him to swim. We have already decided to come again and we will certanly stay in this hotel.

Very clean and well managed hotel with staff who went the extra mile. In particular, the senior waitress in the restaurant who anticipated all our requirements before we even asked her. Superb and she deserves a special prize for her dedication to customer service.

Nothing at all.. A very comfortable and well equipped room made out stay so pleasant. I am a big fan of the Logis chain and they should expand into the UK and Portugal.

The welcome by the staff was incredible! The shower has hot water that lasts for a long time. After having just arrived from the US I had the best night of sleep and felt well rested in the morning!

I liked everything with this Logis location. It was super quiet. There is a restaurant on site. The photos depict the accommodations exactly as they are.

The breakfast was well organised and substantial. Staff were helpful, for example in booking meals and payment for the stay. The hotel was adjacent to the hospital clinic that my partner needed to attend.

When I tried to book again with the reception staff for another stay in about 3 weeks for my wife to re-attend the same clinic, there were no vacancies. However, the receptionist said she would contact me if there were any cancellations.

Alexia was very helpful - information on parking and bus travel, very pleasant, and her English is very good! Lovely clean and comfortable room, very quiet. Lots of free parking and easy access to bus route.

Had breakfast on the first day - few mishaps, coffee machine broke so could only have one drink. Finished a yoghurt only to find it was 6 days out of date! We gave the waitress the others that were out to avoid other guests having the same experience!

Very friendly welcome, plenty of parking, really excellent dinner, very clean comfortable rooms (no frills, just functional- quite small) with good quality bedding

The rooms themselves are small and very thin walls so you can hear talking on the other side! However as it’s people travelling on else where was very quiet so not an issue

From the moment we arrived we had good service. The room was comfortable and had everything required. The breakfast was extremely good, all manner of meat, cheeses, pastries, good fruit salad etc as well as freshly squeezed orange juice.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday evening… this we hadn’t realized and we had to go out to a restaurant. The manager suggested a good restaurant in the city. The bathroom door didn’t close properly.
