A great hotel, a beautiful house, an excellent location, and an apartment that is very comfortable.

There are a few details to be aware of. The room is nice, but cost-saving measures are noticeable, such as the choice of sofa. Breakfast follows a "first come, first served" policy—if you arrive within the last 30 minutes, the selection may be limited to bread and butter. Parking instructions need updating, as Google Maps suggests a route against one-way traffic. Moreover, the directions provided at the reception, with two arrows and the word "on" pointing to the wrong direction, can be confusing.

It was near the train station, 5min walk and the reception is open 24h. The room is spacious and it was very convenient for a short stay near Geneva, considering that the prices are decent and depending where you need to commute, it's closer to Switzerland than Geneva Cornavin.

Too bad the cleaning people forgot to flush the toilet when cleaning the bathroom. I had a nice souvenir leftover from the former person... It came with a smell...

I stayed here for a week during my exam session at the University of Geneva, and I had everything that I needed during this very stressful time. I asked for a more silent room and got a room opposite from the railway, so there was no noise at all. Room was spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great with fresh products and good choice. The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the staff at breakfast. Location is just a few minutes from the train station. The reception is open 24/7 and the building is very safe, which is important in Annemasse. Tha k you for making me feel so comfortable during this week that was so stressful for me.

The need to clean the kitchen was a bit weird, I had not seen that before in any other hotel where there is cleaning staff. But I didn’t really use the kitchen anyway, so that’s a minor detail.

The hotel was generally fine and matched the price. Friendly staff. Parking was excellent!

The breakfast could have been better - not International. Very noisy due to the train lines and what sounded like broken train tracks - not just normal train noise! The town of Annemasse is the biggest dump I have ever seen. It's truly appalling! I have only seen worse in South African ghettos.

The breakfast is really nice, and the location, near the Annemasse rail station, is convenient for going to Geneva. The staff was very nice and the rooms proper. Nearby I could find restaurants and bars.

The hotel room is simply decorated and the double bed is actually two single beds joined together, instead of a real double bed.

Location was good because it was close to the tram and station. Apart from the occasional noise from the train, it was okay.

To be hounded through several emails received about a payment of 150 euros extra as caution fee and reminding me to keep the kitchen area tidy. That to me was very strange.

Just 20 minutes away from Geneve central station, and it only took less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The reception was very polite and kind. The room was not very spacious but you got everything you needed. Everything you need is there, kettle, stove, plates and glasses. Absolutely recommended!

The only small flaw was that the doors of the shower in the bathroom weren’t working properly. Water drained out easily during the shower.

The room was clean, the mini kitchen was great, even had a small dishwasher. Wonderful bathroom.

The only thing missing in this summer heat was an air conditioning in the room, only a fan that didn't help much. The room didn't get cool enough to sleep until 2 am. And since I was traveling with my dog, this was a big problem.

The room was quite spacious with all amenities. Small kitchen, dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need for the proper rest.

The windows faced the train station — it might be quite loud, when the trains are passing through. Difficult to find parking — you need first to take the access card and then park.

Tfe friendly staff, confortable room, location. Overall, the hotel is very nice!!!

The hotel reserves in your credit card an amount upfront for any damages, I do not think that is necessary.
