Reception worked at its best: very helpful, quick and polite. Proximity to the airport and free shuttle. No bed bugs (we tripled-checked haha). Good value for money

I had a pleasant experience at Kyriad Hotel Orly. The location is excellent for travelers needing quick access to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service provided. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped for a short stay. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, a good choice for convenience and value near Orly Airport!

Well the outside looks disgusting so was worried but as soon as you walk in the staff are good the hotel is clean great value for money. The bed excellent. Breakfast for a small three star hotel was well worth the money.boil your own eggs scrambled sausages loads of cold meats cheese all sorts of goodies. Even a fresh orange juice squeezer.

With a high bath that you have to step in for a shower,if u are slightly unsteady then it would be nice for a grab handle on the wall for safety.

I did not like that bookings had met me pat the full deposit that is now trapped for a month and I also had to pay at the hotel desk at check-in. Soni have paid double the amount until either bookings or the hotel release the deposit.... this I have never experienced in hotel booking, it is not a rental car . I do not know where the mistake lies but I asked the hotel staff numourous times why this had happened and the repeatedly told me it was normal ....

Room is fairly good. Close to airport but need to travel by shuttle coach, which need to arrange with the hotel. Breakfast is acceptable.

The shuttle. The hotel told us to arrange the shuttle once we pick up luggage from airport. They never mentioned the waiting time and arrival time. End up we waited for almost 40 min at the bus stop. keep seeing other hotel shuttle passed by.

Perfect timely shuttle to and from the Orly Airport. Terrific Breakfast. Super nice Staff. Comfortable beds, and a pleasant place to stay. I would stay here again.

Not really a dislike....I like to take hikes in the morning...the location is not best for a hike because of its close proximity to the airport and major roads leading to the highway.

Very close to the airport, free transfer every 30 minutes, very convenient. Clean room, friendly staff.

The toilet didn't have the toilet brush for unknown reason, it was inappropriate. The door lock required maintenance, it worked only from 5-6 attempt, nothing special, but maybe my review will help to fix it for the next guests. The teapot should be replaced, it was leaking, so I had to empty it every time I boiled the water for a coffee and clean the table from leaked water. Also the quality of air was a big question, because the airport is too close,there was a smell of polluted air in the room, nothing could be done about it, but probably requires cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning filters more frequently. Room number was 204.

We stayed in this hotel for one night only to stay close to the airport. It’s clean, and nice overall.

The location isn’t bad, however, you gotta keep in mind that no taxis or ubers will take you from the airport to the hotel, so you have to take a bus, and then walk 7 minutes. However, it’s cheap to uber from the hotel to the airport.

comfortable value for money

breakfast is on the basis of first come eats best, by 9-9.30 whatever is missing does not get replaced, also the French staff were arrogant, pointing out the real time was 4 minutes to ten by my iPhone and also the TV, that did not matter, their dining room clock was 4 minutes fast and the coffee machine was switched off on the dot of 4 minutes early. all tongs were removed so no one could serve themselves, on dot, without announcing a pre warning of closure. pathetic.

Clean, comfortable rooms, a pretty good breakfast and, surprisingly, a great seafood restaurant next door! The free airport transfer was quick and easy to organise. The room has all the basics, including tea and coffee making facilities, and air conditioning (which we really needed in the heatwave!) A quick and easy check in/check out too. Public transport from the other side of Paris took quite a long time but the hotel is within walking distance of the tram stop.

From the outside, the hotel doesn't look appealing but it was much nicer inside. It's not a particularly attractive or interesting part of Paris, so I wouldn't stay there for more than a short stay, but it's very convenient for airport travel.
