It's a simple hotel, but everything it has is just great. Breakfast is good, staff is helpful and nice, apartment is exactly like on photos and nothing ia broken and (what is most valuable for us) ventilation and heating and air conditioning - everything just works as it should. So overall our stay was very comfortable without anything that could annoy us. Shuttle was always exactly on time and it cost exactly as wr've been told. We would definitely use this hotel again!

Great location. Very easy to get from hotel to centre of Paris (takes 30-40 minutes), and just 8-10 minutes taxi ride to station. Food excellent especially evening meal. Not a huge choice for breakfast but plenty for a basic breakfast and good quality. Nicely decorated and relaxing dining area. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy, Good powerful shower in room.

No sink hole plates (had two rooms and open plug holes in both). Pool table out of order. One of our rooms didn't have hairdryer.

The staff at reception make a big effort to be welcoming, friendly and helpful and frankly I am more comfortable staying here than with the 'big name' more expensive hotels around the airport where I used to stay.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel just takes too long to arrive. This was the 5th or 6th time I've used it and 20 - 30 minutes in the cold and rain is excessive for a 10 minute maximum trip!

Great hotel! The reception is working 24/7, employees there are fluent in English and always help with your questions. The rooms are clean, with bed linen, towels and hygiene items. Large beds with comfortable mattresses, also working TV, fast Wi-Fi, elevator, enough parking slots! Breakfast is diverse and tasty. From the hotel to the Eiffel Tower is only about 17 km. Thanks to the staff for the service and great weekend in France!

I stayed at this hotel for a week! Being a female solo traveler for a trip of visiting various places this place was a easy commute to and from! Hotel.. clean, relaxed, quite and helpful! I enjoyed my visit here the room did its job and was tidied each day! The staff were friendly and approachable and ibgot to leave my case at reception for my last day, as the airport was only a 10m taxi! I was very thrilled with my stay and hope to return! As i felt safe! It was practical and was just an easy experience!

My pillows for me they just were not the kind im used to! This is no fault of the hotel! A little far from paris but the commute is easy!!

Overall the facility was good. The bed and rooms were nicer than the pictures showed. The breakfast was filling and plentiful. The WiFi was excellent - very fast! It is close enough to the Orly airport for convenience.

We had miscommunication with the staff regarding the airport shuttle and we were given the wrong room initially. They fixed the room promptly and offered a remedy for the shuttle that met our needs. I would recommend having the shuttle end later or offer it as a paid option after 22:45.

Convenient location by the airport. Staff were friendly, drinks available and a restaurant.

The lights in the hallways are motion sensored so when you step out of your room or elevator it is PITCH black. As a woman didn’t like that at all. Also I don’t understand the shower?? Like how do their floors not get ruined constantly.

Shuttle service was just perfect. We have got two sets of towels for three people. Houskeepers bothered us with loud voices at the morning and rotary cleaning machine had to be hooked up in our room's socket.

Very nice breakfast (tasteful croissants). The hotel staff speak English and provided all required support for us.

A bit far away from the center of Paris. If you don't speak French, Uber might be your best transport option.

This was my 3rd stay and as always far better than some of the.far more expensive hotels in orly Airport area. The Dinner was delicious and very inexpensive.

Nothing.. it is not elegant but ultimately far better than the chain hotels around the airport where I used to stay before I found this one
