We were welcomed by a member of the family who could speak a little English. We were offered a choice of rooms. All excellent, with different themes of decor. Fresh milk was provided with the tea/coffee facility in the bedroom. There was not TV in the bedroom, but a TV was provided in a sitting area and we enjoyed some French TV programmes although our French is limited. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast again as we had stayed on our outward journey and we were now homeward bound. We highly recommend it and we certainly would make a detour to stay again.

We regretted that we could not stay longer.

Lovely accommodation, part of a working farm. Cosy breakfast area and comfortable bedroom, it was also very quiet. Lovely breakfast with fresh bread and pastries. Perfect for a stopover less than an hour from Calais.

We arrived at 7.30pm and it took a while to get someone's attention to let us in. I also slipped in the shower and hurt my leg quite badly so I recommend they have a warning sign or provide a non-slip mat. It was also very hot in the bedroom and I couldn't work out how to turn the heating down.

This was a fabulous night, an amazing property- had a great t night in the village bar and made so welcome by local people. The accommodation was Lovely and the bed so comfortable - and then the breakfast …. I ate a whole weeks calories it was so nice. Could not recommend enough and this will be our stooping off place for Calais trip in future. Love it . And all I will say to the odd people who say “ eggs would be good” - “ owner doesn’t speak English” is go to Center oarcs . This place is fab

Nothing Al all - loved it

The room was great and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. I would like to give some advice for other travelers, given that there is no section for this, I shall do so here. This is a vilage and if you think you are going to be able to wak into a restanrant or a supermarket down the road please think again. If you arrive on a Sunday or late enough in the day, everything will be closed. Therefore, please make sure that you buy and bring food with you otherwise you may go hungry...

It is a little far from the motorway so a good set of directions would be very helpful. I came up with my own but this took a while. I did get lost on the way down...

The room was lovely and the breakfast in the morning was amazing! Croissants, pain-au-chocolat and many types of bread were available together with a selection of coffee or tea or hot chocolate. The jams available were incredible! I had rhubarb and bananas which was home made and that I had never had before... :)

The room had an incredible amount of mosquitoes and they did their best to keep me awake. The answer to this is to bring some Autan or the like and to spend some time getting rid of them!

This was perfect for what I wanted. I wanted a good clean room, comfortable bed. The place was clean and tidy. Basic breakfast on the table and you help yourself. Again, just what we wanted as we were always on the move. Sadly my lack of French let me down talking to anyone, but that is my problem. I’m in France not the UK.

It was prefect for me!

This was an amazing place like out of a fantasy book with all sorts wonderful collectables and artwork filling the common spaces. Wonderful breakfast was served by a most friendly and helpful host.

There was nothing really that could be improved ... if anything (but not that important) perhaps I would have liked an egg for breakfast : ) but then I didn't ask for it, so can't complain. Instead the confitures and jams and croissants were otherwordly ... yum !

Lovely bed and breakfast. The building is full of old antique collections and French country charm. Comfortable bed, great bathtub with plenty of hot water. Kind lady, but she does not speak English. She was very patient, as we do not speak French. Great French breakfast, plenty for everyone.

Limited food options in the area, so if you are without a car, plan ahead for dinner as the restaurant is closed in the evening and the food truck was not present the day we stayed.

A lovely farmhouse which on the inside was more of a castle, beautifully decorated, full of personality, with so much character. Loved every detail. The host was very welcoming and friendly making us feel at home. The room was impressive, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a feast with jams, butters, breads, croissants, pastries all very delicious and abundant. A great way to start a long walk on the Via Francigena.

Working Farm setting, of which we were given a tour. Host was very helpful and friendly along with cat. We have stayed in many Hotels whilst traveling through France, up to now this is our No. 1 see you again soon.
