VERY comfortable bed and linen. Nice room, basically an updated version of a vintage French hotel. Very quiet. TIP: On arrival, park temporarily and unload your bags in the passenger unloading zone across the street, in front of the station. Then proceed forward 100M to enter the Quick park. Overnight parking is free!

The breakfast was just average. Not bad, but not special either. No on-site restaurant. But, the nearby hotel "Les Négociants" has a nice simple restaurant and bar and is owned by the same company.

This hotel was in a very convenient location right next to the main train station. It was a very quiet hotel and the double glazing stopped all outside noise. Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries were provided. The air conditioning was quiet and extremely effective. The room was very clean and each day was refreshed with great attention to detail.

Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were extremely basic (with cheap acrylic filling) and their lack of quality did not match the other furnishings of the hotel.

The location was good, as was the breakfast - which wasn’t too expensive. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean.

The car parking system does not work. You have to park in a public car park opposite the hotel, and then get given a special ticket to pay for the stay (so the parking is free). However, in our case, the special ticket did not work, and we were blocked int the car park until we paid the ticket (about 10 euros for for one night).

A lovely hotel in a great location opposite the beautifully lit railway station . Dog friendly and the staff are excellent.

The lock on our room door was difficult to open from inside and out. We reported it to staff who said it will be repaired for our next stay in January.

We found that the interior design of the hotel was wonderful. The beds and bed linen were really comfy. The parking was just a few meters away. The lady in the reception helped us to find a restaurant for the evening. We were really happy with our choice and we will not hesitate to come back.

I LOVE this hotel … it’s possibly now my favourite ever, toppling the previous one which cost 4 times the price. The design is impeccable, from both an aesthetic and a practical perspective. The bedrooms and public rooms are beautifully decorated; the beds are super comfortable, and the aircon/mini bar really quiet. The windows have two sets of double glazing, which completely blocks out any traffic noise ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Breakfast was tasty, plentiful with lots of choice and good value. Would definitely recommend.

The member of staff who greeted us was delightful, helpful and welcoming, we love this hotel and it’s central location close to the station and all the city centre amenities. rooms are well designed , clean and comfortable. we’ve stayed here once before in the past six months. It is dog friendly.

Breakfast was a disappointment. We ate at 9 am. breakfast was being served until 10 am, the scrambled egg and bacon were beautifully cooked but left to go cold in the saving tureen which wasn’t heated. There weren’t any plates for the bacon and egg. just one tea plate allocated per person. Staff were cleaning tables with an an antibacterial household product which was being liberally sprayed within 30cm of our breakfast- not acceptable.

The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The bed was comfy (and I am picky). The shower was fabulous. All around fantastic! Thank you to the staff for being so wonderful and kind.

We loved this property from the moment we stepped inside. The decor and the ambience was wonderful. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean! The breakfast was also very good with local produce.

Amazing! Very beautiful and well design. Small and exclusive feeling. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall an excellent experience. The city of Valance itself was a little gem. The hotel is located in a nice area close to everything. Garage was included in the price of the hotel.
