Excellent location, 20-30 minutes walk from the historic centre. We were able to leave the car for a few days. Car park safe and there are a number of amenities ( supermarket etc.) at a short walk 's distance. The room and bathroom (clean towels)were very tidy. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

No staff at reception and poor Internet connection, not ideal if you need to do any work during your stay. A few more bits (coffee making ?) in the kitchen would be useful.

The room was clean and complete. We didn't use all facilities, but there was a kitchenette and two desks for working. Our shower broke, and after I reported it at the front desk, someone fixed it within 15 minutes, putting on a completely new shower. Guy at reception was super kind.

The free wifi was extremely slow, not enough for working. However, I think you can buy a bigger plan.

Convenient apartment with ground parking place in a gated community. Pretty close to supermarket and bakery. Not so close to the old town but in a short driving distance there is a free parking with free local minibuses taking you to the center. The city itself worth seeing. We used Avignon as a base for exploring Provence. The choice was perfect.

The gentleman who was cleaning the yard kindly helped us with detailed advice around the keys and access to the apartment and parking. The apartment is a little more spartan furnished, but very clean and meets the needs. The surroundings are not exactly majestic, but the walk to the city and the evening hustle and bustle is not long. I recommend it to anyone who does not have too high expectations.

Maybe location- far from center and does not look neither friendly nor safe, but there is a bus to the city at 5min by foot which is perfect

The recepcionist (Mathieu)was very friendly, helpful and professional. The space was very roomy and we saw the pics that not so well equipped but it was good for two days! It was very clean and had parking place inside what was important for us.

The neighbours were very bizarre and loud...

the staff (Mathew I think was his name) was super helpful since the door lock wasn’t working and he tried his best to fix it. we had to wait for the technician to come the next day but they manage to make it work. it was a short stay but we were thankful that they welcomed us with a last minute booking :D thanks for everything!

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The separate beds. The staff was very nice and polite.

We had to carry out the trash on the day we left. Never tried that before. The beds were too hard. I thought the price was a bit too high considering the location.

The handover of the key and everything was according to the pre-sent information. Thank you very much. Parking is in a closed area of the apartment. It is a quiet place 15 minutes walk to the center. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. Good location for a great price.

We had the instructions and keys in the locker. Getting to them was easy. The staff communicated with us via e-mail. It was no problem that we arrived after 9 pm. The room was not large, but everything was clean, including the toilet and bathroom. We found tea and coffee, tablets to wash everything we used and also shampoo and soap with towels. Parking in an enclosed space is an advantage, perhaps a necessity.

The neighborhood does not inspire confidence.
