The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, with good pillows and bedding. we had a desk, wardrobe and aircon, which was very quiet. It was quiet at night, even though the hotel is near the motorway. The bathroom is fine, not huge but adequate. There are lifts to the higher floors. Breakfast was very good and a good selection of food. There are restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away, nothing fancy, but fine if you didn't want to drive into town. There is parking onsite as well. The hotel restaurant was not open at night. The lady on the front desk was lovely and welcoming.

The hotel was very clean, very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Overall very good value for money. We only stayed one night on route to Spain it was perfect. We had a meal in the evening which was very very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our freinds travelling with us left their bag containing all their money and passports in the restaurant when we had breakfast and it was handed in to the reception by a member of staff, who in turn phoned them to let them know. We of course returned to the hotel and collected it.

Super convenient off the motorway and the perfect place for a one night stop on our long drive from Switzerland to Portugal. Friendly staff, clean accommodation and air conditioning at the perfect temperature made our short stay impressionable. Plenty of private parking and although we didn’t use them personally were impressed with the number of electric charging stations available. Even with a bar/resto the rooms were quiet and our family of 5 (8mo, 3yr, 5yr) rested well and comfortably.

Our bathroom was a little small but it didn’t bother us. If 5 adults were staying in our room instead, it could’ve been a bit tight though!

Walked the 1.2 miles to town centre, this was pleasant and second half by the river. Breakfast was good scrambled eggs but no bacon, otherwise good. The Room was very well sound insulated although motorway ran a short distance away.

Not so keen on the shower gel mixture.

This wasn't our first visit here, and our time at the hotel was as we expected. Everything was to our satisfaction. We were happy with the room, breakfast was excellent, and were very friendly and helpful

Everything was to our liking

When we arrived, we were greeted by two young members of staff who were extremely personable and attentive. They could speak several languages between them which made the check in easy. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. One of the young members of staff Matu was a character. He jack of all trades, waiter barman as well as receptionist with a great sense of humour. The rooms were basic , but very clean. Breakfast was very good and set out Covid friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both long stay or overnight stay.

Friendly helpful staff throughout our stay. The food was excellent. Very comfortable room and bed. Great parking outside the door.

Flies in the bathroom.

Safe parking is paramount to me, on arrival the car park is tidy and fenced. Check in was easy and polite. WiFi was a good speed and free allowing for work and streaming. Beer and food was lovely.

Great value for money. Perfect for evening stop over. Great restaurant for evening meal and good breakfast selection. Staff very helpful. Peaceful night sleep.

Great hotel - exactly as advertised. Spacious rooms, very quiet, great connections to Biarritz and Bayonne thanks to the buses.
