- very polite staff - English speaking staff (even said hello in Korean for me!) - location (8min walk to Bayonne train station and bus stop 20 seconds away) - I arrived 2 hours early before check in time, but they found me a room that I could check in early. So thankful because I had a lot of luggage - spacious room with a chair, desk, and plenty of seating stools. - the toilet paper edges were folded nicely which was a pleasant surprise - a/c worked well

- nothing really.. but the response time to texts via booking.com takes a while so calling would be faster

Chose this IBIS because of the secure parking available. A short walk to the station and 20 minutes to the old town. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Sound proofing in room was excellent. Hotel was very busy but no noise permeated the room.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room

We were met by two cheerful faces, who went on to show us the popular toueist spots within the town. We were also assisted by an Angel called Margo, who will always be remembered for her help at a difficult time. We will always be thankful for your unexpected and sincere help in getting to Toulouse..sending you our love and respect 🙏

Great location, good facilities, onsite secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. 9€ charge for the car park was reasonable. Breakfast was available but I did not avail of it. Two very good boulangeries are close to the hotel.

Good location, easy to find on the edge of the city. 10 mins walk to river where there are lots of bars/restaurants. Room reasonable size, bathroom quite compact. Continental breakfast good value. Plenty of secure parking Bed comfy.

Aircon quite noisey. Bayonne was 37C so had no choice to sleep with the aircon on wearing ear plugs. No water in the room or coffee/tea facilities. No vending facilities.

The room was as expected but a bonus was a river view totally unexpected so a nice surprise. Everything acceptable, we did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the breakfasts.

Nothing everything was up to standard

Room was a typical Ibis city centre room, clean, tidy but quite small. Parking was outdoor but with a security gate. 10 minute walk to the centre of Bayonne, just over the river. Staff very friendly.

Twin beds were very narrow but comfortable.

On the first night (thursday) i could not use the restaurant because it was fully booked by a group. On friday and saturday they don't open the restaurant because there is only one chef and it is his days off on friday and saturday.

Parking was perfect, breakfast superb, loved the egg boiler.There's a free bus over the bridge into town, also appreciated having a bar and lifts.

Great location, good facilities, secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly. Excellent breakfast. We use this hotel fairly often on trips through to Spain and we’re always pleased.
