Great location, cosy and functional studio with very well equipped kitchen. Very spacious. Beautiful terrace with ocean view. Very nice and friendly staff, reception open 24/7.

A bit pricey, but seems in line with the Biarritz average

The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning view of the ocean that the hotel offers. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with a breathtaking panoramic view of the vast, endless expanse of the ocean. The sight alone made the stay worthwhile and provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

I found myself a bit underwhelmed by the room itself. The cleanliness was unquestionable – the housekeeping staff did a commendable job in ensuring that the room was spick and span. However, I couldn't help but notice that the room's decor and furnishings seemed a bit dated. The furniture showed signs of wear and tear, and the overall ambiance of the room felt a little old-fashioned. While some may find this nostalgic and charming, I personally prefer a more modern and updated aesthetic.

Amazing location with a balcony and sea view! Heated pool was lovely and the staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived with fresh towels and facilities to cook yourself in the room if you'd so wish. We had the continental breakfast one morning which was good! We didn't expect to be able to check-in until 4pm but our room was ready when we arrived in the morning which was a great bonus.

The only downfall to this place is that the rooms are not cleaned daily, however this wasn't really an issue for us but may be an issue for others. However, they do offer to change the towels at request.

Open the door to face the beautiful water, walking distance to restaurants. The swimming pool was nice. Room, bathroom and kitchen was clean. 10mins walk to the mini beach.

Bunkbed wasn’t put sheets on, not big enough for 15 yr old and uncomfortable. Street noise was very disturbing. Too warm in the room so had to open the door/window but too noisy and mosquitos were around. An aircon would be great (there was one tiny fan in the room though). We didn’t get an extra towel for swimming in the pool when we asked (they asked us to buy from the hotel) No shampoo only body wash in the shower.

Helpful staff, very good location, amazing views from the room, great pool and pool area! A bit dated rooms but very clean. Would definitely recommend!!

I really liked our apartment (we were 4 and took the one with 6 sleeping places - we didn’t use the bunk beds), the pool and especially the location - ideally located between the surf beach where my children took surf lessons every day and the center (walks, dinner…). We were super happy with everything. We used the kitchen for breakfast only so for us it was enough. Beds were really comfy, we slept well. We’ll come back!

I don’t know. Everything was really fine (we wanted a bigger apartment, a nice view and pool, comfortable beds and a great location - all these was fulfilled so I’m really happy).

The room was so clean and had everything you would need, including a balcony with a stunning view! The double bed is very comfy - the kids said the bunk beds were a little hard, but they were so tired every evening that it didn't bother them! It's a really short walk to everything - the perfect location!

Nothing - this was our second time here and we wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Top floor view over the coastline was breathtaking. Just a short walk to the town with all amenities you need. Private parking bookable and very good. The room was not the newest, but everything was working fine and there is everything you need. Reception guy very friendly, so we would definitely return. We had no breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

fabulous view from my room of the beach and ocean. Every morning waking up to see surfers waiting for the right wave and in the evening drinking a cocktail on the balcony watching the sun go down.

very strange system for pool towels! no pool towels provided which is very annoying for clients that have travelled by train, or plane with limited suitcase space. We were told to use our bathroom towels but they couldnt give us any replacement towels. so we made do with the small towels for the shower until the "official" towel delivery day. Wouldn't it be more practical and economical to provide pool towels for guests and if they are worried about loss/theft, make clients pay a deposit that gets returned at the end of their stay..

Amazing location with a view over the bay. We were also luck to catch some fireworks displays! The heated pool was a dream after long days driving and the rooms were a little dated in terms of style, but comfortable and well equipped.

As others have said, the breakfast is extremely basic, and not at all worth 12€ per person. As we only stayed one night, we opted for the convenience of eating at the hotel before checking out, but if you're staying longer, it's advisable to prepare your own breakfast in the room, or go to a cafe. Much cheaper and better quality!
