the facilities are nice and the location perfect. the restaurant « l’emblème » is really nice - very professional and kind staff

some of the prices are out of this world - 5 EUR for a 0,33 l. bottle of water in the minibar? 11 EUR for a large beer at the restaurant? seriously??? not even in switzerland!!

all service was well except the staff in the italian restaurant. they could learn a little more about how to keep an eye on the restaurant, call me and i will give them a free training.

Good hotel for sports/tennis and for relaxing. So many sports you can do in the academy. Nice big rooms and hotel is close to other cities if you have a car. Excellent service inside the restaurant!

While staff working in the restaurant were amazing, the staff in the entrance of the restaurant were not very friendly and we didn’t feel welcome (and we were eating there every day during our stay). Spa is tiny, we understood it was bigger. Room service menu could be better.

loved the tennis/ pool, the beds were really comfortable and the hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere staff were great too.

the food was very basic, you could here everything going on in the rooms next door even when all doors are closed I heard dogs barking all night and music until 5 am.

staff were not personable - you always felt like the staff were contracted in when dealing one on one. hotel policy on only selling cigarettes at twice market rate for cash only is a poor customer relations ploy

Amazing facilities for my tennis loving son totally tennis everything! Gym great. Pools great especially raquet pool.

Hung breakfast room. service menu choice outside door both days but no one collected even after calling reception. My son couldn't walk after 2 weeks of tournaments so would have been great. However I went and got him food. Little biting black bugs in beds maybe fleas

Outstanding hotel fantastic facilities & food was consistently amazing

Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful at hotel or gym. The staff in the restaurants and bar were the opposite- they were exceptional.

We liked the minimalism and the design of the hotel. It is very comfortable when you also book a Camp or trainings at the Tennis Academy! The room was spacious and a good breakfast.

The check-in process was quite long. We were also with a baby so normally they should take this into account also when making check-in if they don’t want any baby to ruin the guests’ peace )

Breakfast was great. Staff really friendly. There was noisy building works on site which woke me. I rang reception and they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast. Very impressed with the service and staff.

I prefer the new refurbished rooms. The old room decor is a bit dark and dreary.
