Location of the apart hotel is quite far from the city center, but the tram stop is very close. The room was clean, the bed is very comfortable. You can find everything you need for comfortable staying.

Bad smell in the apartment. Ut would be good to add some more toilet paper. We finally bought another pack of loo rolls and left them. Another thing is about dish soap and shower gel - they were diluted with water.

Stayed many times in these apartment hotels. We never use the very adequate kitchen but appreciate the extra space provided by apartments. Very cost effective place for the night, with easy parking in front. Great location for visiting the city - a tram stop is a three minute walk and frequent clean and safe trams take you into the city centre with a €5 / 24 Hours ticket.

As expected, industrial vibe, cosy, not so far from centre town, a few tram stops, good breakfast, hot water, comfortable beds, clean.

We have stayed at this appartement hotel many times. It is well located for a 10 minute tram ride to the city center with the tram stop just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are clean and well-equipped.

Just the bathroom in the suite we were given (110) was a disappointment. The rooms usually have a hairdryer, but this one did not though we were lent one at reception. The bigger problem was the shower, which in this room was above the bath. There was a rail above but no shower curtain attached, so it was difficult avoiding water splashing to the floor. By chance we had visited IKEA in Bordeaux just before checking into the hotel. We noticed that they sell a simple shower curtain for € 1.99 together with hooks. Had we stayed longer than the two nights in our apartment I imagine we may have called back and bought one from IKEA - though the hotel management should really do this !

Good location, close to the city center with local transport options (tram). Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, big bed is a massive plus. In the kitchen you can find all basic appliances needed for short break.

At the end of your booking please make sure you read the note about deposit on your arrival. I wasn't aware, but then I got it back, as the room was left clean. The only thing we didn't like about the room was some sort of waste pipe odour in our room. Not sure if it's because -1 level or in general. When the kitchen and bathroom door shut, then it was bearable.

Very spacious studio with an incredibly comfortable bed. Strange that the beds are zipped together i.e. two single beds make 1 large, and ours was initially undone and had to be done ourselves but that’s nitpicking. Location was very good, incredibly easy to get in and out of Bordeaux city centre. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries we had!

The kitchen is quite small, and there isn’t a draining board or tee-towel provided so we needed to use one of the towels provided as a cloth to dry our dishes. TV wasn’t able to allow my iPhone to AirPlay although it having instructions that it was possible. Possible that there were bed bugs on our bed as multiple mornings when we woke up we noticed new bumps over mine and my partners bodies that werent there the night before. Overall though a very nice experience.

Stayed at this hotel for a family wedding which was happening in the area. Close to the village centre and not much of a walk to be honest. Village was great! Few bars and restaurants also. Fantastic area to visit! Hotel has a gaming area for kids and has a pool nearby which was €1.50 for kids and €3 for adults as it was a communal pool for the village. Hotel rooms were small blocks of 3 rooms. Each room was nice size. Yes things were basic but it’s all you need and worth the money. There was a storm one night, slept through it as beds were comfy! (Could have been the alcohol though haha). Hotel was also situated in a nice area. Supermarket was only 5/10 minute walk away (was big supermarket and had loads of stuff!)

Only thing I’d say would be the towels and also the availability of an iron and ironing board. One member of the wedding party had to purchase one and we shared it between us all.

Beds were really comfortable. Staff were so helpful especially Thilda on reception. Breakfast was nice. Great hotel for the price paid. Excellent public transport to location, a 3 minute walk to hotel from tram

Only thing I could complain about was the breakfast service, I had to ask for napkins and a plate, and something to cover the bread while I was cutting it without having to touch it with my hands. No sockets near bed,or lamp at bed.

Interesting building. Located very near to the tramway line into Bordeaux centre. Great selection for breakfast. Quiet rooms, no noise from other apartments.

Wonky taps in kitchenette and bathroom sink. Awful drain smell when using shower. Main shower head needs replacing. Mould stains above shower area. VMC vents need a really good clean, full of dust etc. But overall, a nice little apartment for the weekend!

Friendly staff and affordable accommodation. Free parking in front of the hotel. There was plenty of spaces when we arrived at 20 but the lot filled up later that night. Walking distance to a big supermarket.

Paid 10 EUR to bring my dog, which was a bit more than usual. Not the best area for dog walks but in the end I did find a (very) small park close by.
