It was fantastic! We stayed in a premium room last floor (top) from where we can see the city lights and the Eiffel Tower. It was an amazing place.

The question not applicable as we like everything about the hotel specially the staff who are running the hotel specifically STEPHANIE. We stayed in the Hotel for our little one’s 3rd Birthday and Stephanie done a great job! She did an extra mile to surprise our little one. overall, My family and I loved the place specially the staff which are very nice, accommodating and friendly. Will definitely recommend this lovely hotel and will definitely come back!

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Nothing was an issue for the reception. Our room was spacious and very clean. Metro very close to the hotel so it is easy to travel around Paris. Restaurant service in the evening made us feel like at home.

The only (tiny) problem was during the breakfast. Friday’s breakfast was brilliant. Everything was topped up quickly. But on Sat and Sun there were some delays and people had to wait for scrambled eggs, croissants, etc. Probably was a lot busier than on a regular day.

The size, furniture and cleanliness of the room. Very comfortable bed and nice cleaning services. Amazing breakfast.

The attitude of the reception staff. Lack of responsiveness to any request (the wake up call I requested never happen, neither the bottle opener they said they will bring in 10 min). Sad/ poker faces and very poor client service. Even there is an entire wall next to breakfast area talking about how Radisson contributes to environment protection, there were Nespresso aluminium/plastic coffee capsules in the room and for breakfast (in clear contradiction with the environmental policy on the wall).

The staff very very friendly and accommodative. Very informative and communicated in English well. The room was comfortable, bathroom well equipped and the aesthetics are really nice.

It would be a bonus if they had a pool onsite and an ice maker available for guests for the summer heat. Also bookings need to pre notify guests that there is a 50 euro additional charge on arrival(it’s refundable).

Comfortable hotel room with good facilities in the room. There was a buffet breakfast available with good hot and cold options. The hotel location was a convenient location close to my office and metro station.

There are no other amenities at the hotel so it’s pretty basic. No spa or gym. Also I would not recommend this hotel if you are a tourist - it’s far away from the main attractions.

Location which was very near to a metro station. Going to the city was quite easy and economic. The breakfast was also very good.

We could not simply turn off the A/C (even with the help of their technicians and the room was always quite chilly). Moreover, there was no water offered in the rooms and one bottle of water cost Euros.

look, guys, you should do smth with your cards, we have to change them twice during 1 day stay. and everyone we meet were complaining about it. suddenly you discover they are not working for elevator, or worth could not open the room (and you should go back to the reception, which is annoying)

The linens were good. The breakfast was good too. We stayed this hotel because it was so close to the soccer stadium (walking distance). We will stay this hotel again definitely.

We wanted to make a reservation for a taxi because we had to leave early the next morning to catch our flight, but they said the all taxi service were all booked. I wished they could arrange a taxi for us somehow.

Great friendly desk staff. Enough space in the rooms. Amenities for babies/toddlers. The BEST location. Nice deep and long tub great for soaking. Delicious coffee in room. Fridge was a saving grace with toddler.

Breakfast wasn't that great for our taste (other loved it though!- just personal preference) the roo. Didnt get vacuumed or sheets changed until far into the stay and with a toddler it was stressful that way. AC didn't work. But the window opened (but we got mosquito bites when we did at certain times). No microwave :-/

noise from the road and metro. we were at the front corner and could hear everything. at one point we thought we had left the window open. bed was too hard for us and the breakfast was too busy.
