I chose the hotel for its facilities (i.e. pools and gym) and its location. The pools are great so the gym.

I got to stay several times lately and every single time the security guards weren't friendly at all and often spoke very loudly amongst each other's in a foreign language (i.e. not French). This is not the expectation from a 5 star hotel. Also, on my 3rd stay the front desk asked me for my details which I had provided twice already. Again, not expected from a 5 star hotel. The room 319 is located below the rooftop and you can clearly hear the staff above moving the chairs and the table. The facilities are great but service and staff are poor overall.

The pool was fabulous. We struggled to find a hotel with an outdoor pool so when we saw the Molitor we booked straight away. We had no idea it was a famous Paris landmark - the home of the bikini and where Johnny Weissmuller was a lifeguard before he became Tarzan! The beautifully soft bathrobes were blissful to wear to the pool. All the toiletries in the bathroom were Clarins -very luxurious and in the room coffee was a pod machine not instant coffee :)

We had a triple share room and it was a little cramped. The area (16th arrondissement) was very sterile, not much atmosphere and it was only close to some Paris touristy attractions. We moved on to an Airbnb in the 2nd arrondissement and that was much more our thing - busy and happening. If you were staying to have a relaxing time enjoying the pool, comfortable hotel room & rooftop bar & restaurant then the Hotel Molitor is superb.

Everything was wonderful. The staff made it especially wonderful, being very helpful and accommodating to the small group of us that arrived on bicycles and needed a place to store, disassemble, and then transport them to the airport the next day. Stephanie arranged great transportation for us and our bicycles to the airport. The rooms were wonderfully clean, there is a lot of natural light, and the view of the swimming pool strangely relaxing. Everything was great and I would return any time.

I liked everything. The bar downstairs is still shut (for COVID?); it will be even nicer to arrive at the hotel when it re-opens.

The pool is beautiful. The staff is friendly.

We used booking.com to book 2 rooms for 4 adults and one child. When we arrived, the reservation was only for 4 adults and we had to pay an additional fee for a cot. The booking.com reservation assured that each room was for up to 3 adults. We were disappointed our 6 foot tall 16 year old child had to sleep on a cot and that we had to pay an additional fee. Something happened in between booking.com and the hotel because I most certainly requested a booking for 4 adults and one child but only received accommodations for 4 adults.

We had a great time and the hotel staff was fabulous. Food was excellent and the location was perfect for us to go to Roland Garros.

The room was much smaller than I had expected and the headboard was broken. The floor of the shower stall was dangerously slippery. The biggest problem for us was the noise from above - it must have been the noise from the restaurant but it was noisy. Regardless, we will stay again for the location and the kind /pleasant staff.

The manager of the main restaurant ( in the lobby beside reception was so rude ) . He refused to let me sit there and have my brunch because his“ guests“ or more over his friend were coming into the restaurant. This after I had spent over 1000 Euros being a paying guest and his guests were outsiders coming in for coffee ! In my view he should be fired

staff are incredible, Oriel on reception and Julian on room service need a special mention but the general vibe is they all can’t do enough for you. The swimming pools are enormous, there’s a great gym and it’s opposite the most beautiful botanical gardens.

the fact you can’t get easily from the reception to the pool. sounds petty but it’s a pain to keep having to go up in the lift or out in the road. also it’s not the most central location. having said that there’s good metro links and it’s quite nice being somewhere less hectic

A high quality hotel, super comfortable, very stylish, beautifully clean. We had a wonderful room! And... because it was my birthday, the room had balloons and a birthday card, and a complimentary drink. The staff were all kind and helpful and very professional. The pools are stunning - warm, very large and oh so glamorous.

The pools were excellent, really lovely. Outdoor pool was huge and warm and available all day, not too busy, lots of towels. Indoor pool was also a gem, good size, beautiful space - relaxing Room was ok, bed was very comfortable Shower was nice and lovely toiletries Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

TV did not really work Kettle had to be replaced but this was done quickly! Not very generous with tea/coffee/milk Speakers only work with iPhone which we didn't have Not much communal space in the winter - I guess in the summer can hang out by the pool/roof terrace more Wish we had a bath

The room was pleasant but small. Good bathroom. Loved the pools. Excellent breakfast.

The room was too hot and I could not turn down the air conditioning unit, though I tried. The payment method - the preauthorization of my credit card blocked it for a week because it matched my authorised limit. I would prefer to pay by bank transfer in future, happy for this to be at the start of the stay.
