Spacious, clean. Very nice and comfortable mattress! The bedding was brand new and very clean, silky sheets.

On morning of departure, we went to reception to check out. We were charged for breakfast, even though we have not requested it. When I asked for a receipt in the morning of our departure, we got a simple receipt with no itemised details, had to ask for that as well. When I had a closer look we were charged for breakfast even though we did not have it! For two people €36. I asked the receptionist why she did not mention this, who did not apologise and just raised their shoulders. We went back and had our breakfast. Which we already paid for! Hotel is ok, basic and at best 3 stars. Definitely not 4 star!

Nice facility, all in line with expectactions and price paid. Cleaninless is good, structure is almost new (or renewed, at least) and restaurant is fine, open till late. Position is convenient (15 min walk from city center) and you could benefit from free and secured parking. Good value for money, finally.

Pillow provided were really thin and soft, I could have asked for different ones but it was late. So I can't tell you if any replacement was available, but I guess so. Mattresses were also singles instead of double, which is a pity. The rest of the room was good, as shown in the pictures.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday which was disappointing as one would expect it to be open 7 days a week. The outside of the building is rather tired looking but the inside is well maintained

The hotel is pet-friendly. The room was very clean and well decorated, bed was comfortable, bathroom spotless and modern. There is a pretty enclosed garden leading on to the restaurant, with some open air dining. The staff were welcoming and very helpful in trying to locate a local vet after we missed the appointment we made. The hotel is located on a main road into Bourg en Bresse and is easy to find. There's a small park area down the road for the dog

It's a shame the back of the hotel was offputting on arrival, being rather shabby looking, in contrast to the front and interior of the building! We weren't fond of the restaurant. It's a bit over pretentious, both in the menu and the actual offerings, and unnecessarily formal

Interior of hotel is nice and modernized (exterior is a bit drab) and it is clean and comfy and very nice shampoo (nuxe). Plenty of parking on site so good for coming by car and the breakfast was very good with a good selection of stuff. Staff were friendly the check out process was quick.

The walk into town is a bit long and not exactly the most scenic (but we knew this in advance) but is a trade off for having a hotel that is easy for coming by car and finding parking.

Great location 5 min off autoroute, used as stopover from Eurotunnel on way to the Alps. Bedrooms were spacious & very comfortable. We travelled with our dog & staff made us feel very welcome. Also handy park opposite the hotel for stretching dog legs. The secure parking was additional bonus. Not the cheapest option but offered fantastic value. Definitely recommended!

A little non descript from the outside, but that doesn't matter inside is where it counts, very relaxing atmosphere, pleasant staff good food, just a nice place to be

position, thought it was walking distance to the centre of town….but on a wet winter night this wasn’t the case!

Nice and complete hotel for a stopover

There should be a piece of soap in the bathroom instead of the soap pump. Also in a 4 stars hotel there should be body lotion etc.

Lovely garden where kids had a lot of fun running around. Room was a good size, super clean and with a new bathroom. Matress was very comfortable and the room was quite and dark. Kids slept on a sofa bed and they found it comfortable too. Breakfast was good too, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and sausages ;) I want to mention Cynthia who welcomed us at reception and was dealing with a large number of guests checking in at the same time, the bar orders and the rooms needs all by herself. She was the most gracious and efficient staff member we could hope for and it was a pleasure to meet her!

Location was perfect for us because we wanted an overnight stay close to the motorway while traveling to Italy but otherwise there is nothing around and it's a pretty dull area
