The hotel was only a 10min walk to the station and town hall.there is also a free public bus service to and from the ferry terminal for foot passengers within a 2min walk.had a nice view overlooking the harbour.plenty of good restaurants around the place de l'armes which is just around the corner.

No housekeeping services on multi night stays unless requested in advance,whereas other way round seems more logical but that's just a minor inconvenience

We were walking the Via Francigena and so the location of this hotel right on the track was pefect for us. The free bus from the ferry terminal dropped us virtually outside the door and the track passes the hotel! There were also some good places to eat nearby for both dinner and breakfast. It's also a very short walk to the symbolic commencement of the VF in continental Europe. The facilties were fine but certainly not luxurious. A good, reasonably priced hotel for a couple of nights.

There were very limited tea making items.

Perfect location, straight off the Eurotunnel. Very clean, staff are super friendly and all the facilities in the room worked. Parking outside the front of the hotel was safe and there was free spaces despite us arriving late to check in to the hotel.

I didn’t like the locks on the en-suite doors in our queen room. I assume it is because the en-suite is getting a make over. It was not clear if this was the case or I would of like to been told. However, it is only a minor problem and my daughter used our en-suite.

We had to book hotel last minute bcs in eurotunel they stop us woth dogs for 24h. . I had enough stress to look for vet at 1am And look for hotel. I was worried if we gona find something. Gentlemen on reception was very helpful . A big thank you .

Beans was not nice at all for bf. Person who was look after food didn't speak English and was very strange for us Not nice at all ( 3 January Tuesday morning 10 am ) Even smile would be better.

Clean room nice size . Disabled facilities good wet room was good. Staff very friendly.

Parking can be a problem at a busy time. The parking for disabled is on the opposite side of the road to the hotel. If you don’t get there quick enough you won’t get a space straight away. I had to park down a side road and keep checking for a disabled space to become available.

Staff were brilliant. We arrived on a ferry to find out there was no shuttle bus to town and no obvious way to get a taxi. It was manic. People were fighting over cabs that were arriving and there was no particular order to it. We were stranded. I rang the hotel and explained the situation and they called a cab on my behalf. Within minutes, a cab arrived and we were whisked off to the hotel. After a long day travelling, we were incredibly grateful Thanks to the reception ladies!

Very convenient for ferries and the tunnel, with lots of nearby restaurants. Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. We had a lovely room with a tiny balcony and a view of the port. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was only average and rather overpriced, but overall it was very good and I would stay here again.

The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and the location was good, 15 minutes from DFDS Ferry. Moreover, the room had 2 double beds and our daughter had a comfortable sleep. In front of the hotel is a free safe parking

The breakfast: more variety of products will be a great idea.

Great location, plenty of free parking nearby, friendly staff, many rooms recently refurbished, excellent shower, comfortable bed. We normally stay here when we go to Europe and have been doing for many years.

Calais itself (not the hotel) can be quite noisy - not sure what was hoping on this weekend but it was going on till 2am!

Great waterside location. We enjoyed watching the ferries come and go in the harbour. Shops and restaurants close by. Clean and comfy room. Great choice for breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

The only complaint would be lack of onsite parking. Although there is parking in the roads all around, it was very difficult to find a free space while we were there.
