The staff at the front desk were fantastic! The hotel was location right in the centre of town extremely close to the train station and local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast buffet for 17 euro was well worth the money

No fault of the staff as we understand technology sometimes faults however our wifi wasn’t working for the entirety of our stay.

Perfect location with direct access to shops and proximity to bars, restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was ok to start the day but nothing special. Staff were helpful but mostly serious.

Reception and lift (only one available and used by guests, cleaners, etc.) were too small. You would literally hear the breath of whoever rides with you in the lift. You can hardly fit two large bags with you in the lift. Hardly any bathroom amenities available. Handling of bags is your responsibility and this would be ok if it is a 3 star hotel. Definitely not a 4 star one.

I've been to Cannes many times. My room, though small was quite comfortable>> best room yet!. The bathroom was full sized, like home. Everything in new and clean condition. location really couldn't be better -for even more money. Out my window I could see the length of the shopping district. Full service breakfast on the roof terrace for a great price. After which, you can hit the ground running, beach, shops and train/bus station all at your doorstep making travel to Nice and other locations a snap! Final note: great staff all around and I even extended my stay there two days!

I'd be extremely picky to say there was something I didn't like. Okay...the elevator is very small...but they're all small in this town.

The room was nice and clean. It's in a great location, right in the middle, between the beach and the train station, and close to shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got 2 rooms for 4 people and for the middle of the season, I believe the price was fair. We had a great stay!

The doorknob and locking device had a problem and therefore every time you left the room you had to close it multiple times until the door would lock properly. The problem was reported, and the reception staff said they would send a handyman but throughout the stay, the door had problems sometimes closing well and other times not closing at all.

The hotel’s location is great, it’s near bus and train station, beach, theatre (where Cannes festival takes place), shops and best restaurants We enjoyed the breakfast at the rooftop a lot! It’s delicious, and with amazing view. WiFi worked well. The staff were very polite and eager to assist.

The room is extremely small, the bed is only for one person, not for two. We were lucky staying just for one night. We also booked room with the balcony, but it was closed due to renovation or smth. So there was no fresh air, and they didn’t suggest anything in return - refund nor a compliment.

Excellent location and exceptional service! We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is simply perfect: right next to the waterfront, surrounded by various shops, cafes, and restaurants. This allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the city's atmosphere. But what really sets this hotel apart is the friendly staff. I especially want to mention Natalia, who not only provided us with full information about local attractions and excursions but also showed us all the amenities of the hotel. When we returned in the evening from our walk, soaking wet from the rain, the guy at the reception helped us dry our clothes and also provided access to the sauna. It was unexpectedly pleasant and very valuable after a long day. We are grateful to all the staff for their care and attention to us. If we find ourselves in Cannes again, we will undoubtedly choose this hotel for our stay. We were satisfied with our short but bright stay, and we are sure that next time our stay will be longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It seems there was nothing to dislike about our stay; everything exceeded our expectations.

This Hotel is in an ideal location very near the train station, the sea, the high end shops, the Marche Forville, Le Suquet Old Town and the many super restaurants. The lady who greeted me on arrival and departure was very warm, friendly and helpful and I was given an upgraded superior room which was a nice surprise. The staff are very nice at this hotel. It was easy to get a good night's sleep and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Well, I want to give a shout out to Amola -Girondon She may be on the bus, personable and professional staff - as a movie producer I fly and stay on hotels all over the world the staff at the front and especially AMOLA ( I would hire her in a heartbeat ) if she moved to LA and the staff in the Restarant as well the cleaning service Echavarria day implacable AMAZING FIND I will be back great service great location !

Rooms were a bit small but that is the only thing

The location of the property was fantastic so close to all bars and restaurants and train station literally minutes away! Staff very nice and hotel was very clean and rooms were comfortable, they were a little small but for a boutique hotel this is what was expected!

Although not the hotels fault, the Main Street is very loud on a night and cars and motorbikes think it is a drag strip!

It is less than 5 min walk from the train and bus station. The shops, restaurants are less than 2 min walk, beaches are 5 min walk, just an all round amazing location to stay. Easy access to everything, staff that speak multiple languages, 24 hour staff at reception and perfect for those late night walks.

We truly have nothing to complain about as it was an amazing stay at this hotel.
