Room was renovated and cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable. Small but cozy.

It was very noisy outside. There was no hanging for a towel next to the sink, which was in the room.

I booked a room with one bed. It is in a very good location. Nice staff. The place was clean. Great choice for a couple of nights.

Sometimes it can be noisy, the street; and the other residents inside. If that bothers anyone, think again. There was an unpleasant smell coming from somewhere in the room; maybe a sewer; but I couldn't figure out where. The duvet was stained, which was not very reassuring; but there was a completely clean sheet, so I used that.

Really great location!! Literately get off at the train stop and a 2min walk, which was so nice! Very central to all food and shopping, and only 5min walk to the beach! Very happy! Clean and bright room!

Room slightly smaller than in the photos, but was fine for us two. There was construction happening right next to our room in the hotel which started early each day so we would’ve liked to have known that beforehand.

Perfect location, spotless clean, the whole room but especially the bathroom looked like we were the first to ever use them. Prices are really high but compared to other hotels in Cannes this PLM offers a great ratio. I highly recommand it!

Nothing much, maybe the noisy mornings but it's a small price to pay for staying in the very heart of the old town.

Great room super central. Very modern, clean, great bathroom. Friendly staff working at the reception. Such a great value. 2 mins walk from the train station. Lovely area full of bars restaurants and cafes. Not far from the beach. Small room but we had all we needed. Also enjoyed the view from the window :)

Perfect location, 1 minute walking from the train station, 3 minutes walking to the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes next to the hotel. Super market Monoprix is next door. Very clean, friendly staff. Excellent value for money. They are in renovation process I would definitely recommend it.

The rooms are small but this is normal in France. Toilets are extra small.

We liked the location (close to the central train station and beach) and the fact that the room was cleaned every day. The staff was really nice.

The shower was leaking otherwise everything was great.

Nice location just in the center. And good value price. We stay here just for one night. In reality the room is smaller than in the picture. But for one night is ok. Breakfast without any hot dishes, only pastry and cheese, yogurts.

The room was very comfortable, good air conditioning and a good shower. Easy to access downtown.

Only complaint is that I stubbed my toe twice on the small step up into the bathroom. Which I should have paid better attention when walking in
