Really happy with the hotel for providing access to my room at 1 pm. Location is an easy walk from the station. Reception and cleaning lady were exceptionally helpful after I was confused with the coffee pod machine. Room was pleasant with a good desk for some work. Tv with international channels. Bed is not bad.

The highway outside is well balanced out by the fair price. The noise is not bad thanks to modern structures.

I recently stayed at this fantastic boutique hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The express check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient, making the arrival and departure process smooth. I particularly enjoyed the nice view from the room and the charming terrace, which provided a lovely spot to relax. The small garage on the upper floors was convenient for our rental car, adding an extra layer of ease to our stay. The location was excellent, with the beach and all major attractions close by, including bars and restaurants. Overall, the hotel's amenities and prime location contributed to a wonderful experience, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay!

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. The breakfast options were limited, which was disappointing, especially for a boutique hotel. Additionally, I found the pricing to be a bit high for a short stay, which didn't seem justified given the limited breakfast offerings.

One arrival we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist, I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly friendly and ready to help. He even cut out a map for us and showed/ circled lots of little suggestions for food, attractions and shopping, etc. And every time we came back to the hotel, he greeted us with a big smile and wave - little things like this just make the stay feel even better. The hotel itself is in the perfect location - less than 10 minutes' walk to train, shopping, bars and restaurants and also the beach! The room was a great, comfy bed, awesome shower, coffee making facilities, and a small fridge (with free water)- you can also screen share on the TV if you want to watch your own netflix/ YouTube and so on. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Cannes, the hotel is great value for money, would definitely recommend.

Not a bad thing to say about the place! ONLY TJING TO NOTE - if you happen to be a light sleeper and you get a front facing room, beware the rooms do pretty much over look a very busy dual carriage way. However, this did not affect myself and the balcony doors are actually double doored so cuts noise out pretty well.

The room was very simple and plain, but very it had everything that we needed, good beds, coffee machine and air conditioning. It was very clean and nicely cleaned every day, big + for housekeeping. We paid extra to get a room with a balcony and for us it was very well worth it. Location was good, few blocks from the shopping street and not too far to walk to the beach also.

Only thing we missed due to the hot weather would have been a mini fridge in to room to keep drinks cold.

Very nice people work at the reception! Real professionals and they mean a lot in this hotel! The lady, who works the night shift, is just wonderful, I felt like I was at home thanks to her! The reception during the day is also impressively friendly and willing to help. The rooms are clean, everything is new. Great location. One of the best hotels in Cannes for reasonable money.

Very hard mattress and absolutely terrible pillows.

I liked the possibility of parking our car under the hotel which was so easily accessed. A big plus in Cannes. Lovely personnel, great room with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. I benefitted from an upgraded room which was spacious with a large balcony looking out to the hills behind Cannes. I would definitely go back there.

Breakfast was the only weak point. Although the coffee was great, there was little hot food on the buffet, which I look for in winter in cold weather.

An amazing accommodation! :-) I truly recommend! The hotel is situated literally meters away from the bustling downtown area. The rooms are quite clean, with stunning views. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking available on site which we found to be a great relief given the crazy parking situation within Cannes. I couldn't have expected more!

The room was great. No complains. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Complementary coffee, tea and water. Underground parking for 20 euro a day. There is also street public parking in front of the hotel which is free between 19:00-08:00, however it's mostly full, but we managed to find a spot 2 days in a row.

The main road is at the window so if you let your window open you will hear some traffic. No issue from our side
