The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station in Cannes and a 20 minute walk from le Palais des Festivals. Really comfortable room, spacious with air conditioning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were plenty of sockets/USB ports, mirrors, a safe, a fridge and great shower. Staff were very helpful!

The hotel breakfast was €20 per person each day. There were no shower facilities available on the day of check-out but they allowed us to use the showers in their sister hotel.

location is at the beginning of Rue d'Antibes, which made us walk that beautiful street every time , still enjoyed it ! the rooms was modernized and so clean, bathroom was also super nice!

Price-Value-Ratio is great! Rooms have a good size, location is good. The hotel offers everything needed.

The reception team could be much more attentive and friendly. Their job(s) got done. But without any sense of hospitality. We e.g. asked 2x if a parking slot is available. Both time the answer was no. The next day, we have heard how they tried to sell 2 available slot to new guests. We didn’t got contacted as nobody cares. Like this, you could also switch to a self-checking approach and make the price even more attractive.

What a great hotel, the room, balcony, hotel facilities and staff exceeded what I’ve experienced at 5 star luxury resorts. The hotel surroundings were beautiful and it is fantastically located. A 3 min walk to the high street filled with rows of streets and cafes and only 8 minutes walk to Croissette and all the beach clubs. Nadine was exceptionally sweet! They have a sister hotel who we had to pop into and even they were absolutely lovely!

I adore this hotel ! I always stay in the main building where rooms are more spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bed linen is so soft. Pillows are also great. I always come with a car , so , this hotel suits my needs perfectly. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. And I love Nuxe cosmetics for bathroom. It smells great. I never took breakfast because I like to have coffee on the beach so can’t say anything about it. There is a nice garden with benches.

It was a really cute property and clean nice room. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was about a 13min walk from the train station which was convenient. It was a 15 minute walk to the center of Cannes where all the restaurants are. Overall good location and the room was pretty and clean.

The breakfast was expensive $21 euro per person and had very few choices. More like a continental breakfast, which should be included. At 21$ I would expect hot items and variety.

We stayed in Hotel Verlaine for 10 nights as a family of three. The hotel is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the promenade, main shopping street and the train station, which is a very convenient way to explore Côre d’Azur. There is a large grocery store just outside the hotel, that is open 24/7. The hotel is very pretty, clean and has good design. There is a small beautiful garden, where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. Hotel has a very friendly staff. We stayed in a large family room and we had a very comfortable stay. There were many shelves and storage areas in the room to accommodate all our luggage, clothes and other personal stuff. One of the features of the hotel that it offers premium bathing accessories and liquids. I will miss the honey soap. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The location was so smart because we had a car, we were able to find parking on the side of the street without trouble and it is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the hustle and bustle, and the beach. It was easy to exit towards the highway in the car to discover nearby cities, and quiet at the same time. The hotel has lovely balconies and a calm ambiance with a fresh look. Highly recommended!

The hotel looks really nice. The location is great. The staff was great (especially the Lebanese lady at the reception) and very helpful despite the fact it was a busy time with The Festival.

The bathroom door wasn’t closing and it would have Bremen great to have a kettle in the room and/or a coffee machine (even though we could ask for it at the reception) as it is sometimes more convenient to have one handy.
