If you are reading this review, book this hotel immediately. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. The beds were the best sleep we had on our holiday in the French Riveria. It looks further out on the map but it is less than a five minute walk to the main hub of Cannes. The facilities are fantastic, we used the pool and steam room everyday and always found it clean and not busy. Perfect to make as your base to access the rest of the French Riveria, especially when the train station is also very close.

There were no electric plugs in the bathroom and there were no mirrors outside of the bathroom, making hair styling difficult. Rooms could be improved by having mirrors in the main living area next to plugs or having plugs in the bathroom.

The room was clean and spacious enough and the bed super comfortable. We had a nice relaxing stay at this hotel despite the rainy days in Cannes. The spa area is very good, with a big sauna and large pool with hydro massage. The breakfast buffet has variety of options, all very tasty. Highlight: is conveniently located near the train station

Our bathroom door was a little stuck, so it didn’t close very well (we were at room 104) but we were so tired of traveling we didn’t feel like asking for it to be fixed. Also, we felt like they had staff issues with the food/bar area. They couldn’t prepare anything from the menu but the cheese board and something fried, and had issues with serving drinks and using the charging system. Maybe the person in charge was off. (And they didn’t offer room charges, so we had to pay everything at the moment which was a bit inconvenient) Anyways, they were making an effort and were pretty nice compared to France’s average service.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to everything. The room itself was really nice and clean, with a modern bathroom. The gym was a bit small, but we loved that it was open 24/7. They also had a beautiful spa, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff were helpful, especially when they mixed up our reservation and didn't have our parking spot ready. They found a solution right away, which we appreciated.

The air conditioning was quite loud and couldn't be turned down very low, so we had to switch it off at night to sleep. Also, the elevator could be slow sometimes, but I guess that's unavoidable in a busy hotel. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what we were looking for, so we just grabbed coffee and pastries from a nearby coffee shop instead.

Very friendly staff all around, we received an upgrade to a larger room with terrace to the courtyard, it has an excellent spa with big hammam ( the reason for choosing this hotel for me) and a good size relaxation pool but with countercurrent jet so you can actually swim if there are few people, the price of the hamam 1h at a time was included in the room ( mattered in my choice ) cleaning service very good even late in the day, all in all a perfect stay, will come back, perfect location, convenient neatby parkin saint niolas

Parking is about 21 euro p day at nearby parking saint nicolas ( if you have an suv the hotel cant accomodate you, so you must take that extra cost into account, it is very close to the hotel however

Lovely staff, great location and located near coffee shops and a supermarket. We got a free upgrade and the room was lovely! Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a short 5-10 minute walk to main strip. The beds were changed everyday and the breakfast is a bit basic but saves money out. Would recommend the coffee house near the hotel, called Copenhagen coffee lab

The cleaning service didn’t take away the dirty cups, we had to ask for mugs not paper cups for the tea bags and the tea/milk didn’t get refilled. There was a tiny, ants nest in our room from the balcony door but this wasn’t a problem as they didn’t really come out of the gap.

Location is really good and central, in less noisy street. Bed is extremely comfortable.

Mini fridge in the room can not take more then 3 0.5l bottles. Spa has only hammam a small poll too small to swim. Gym is equipped only with tread mill and cycling. There was power plate too, but it’s out of order.

Great location, allowed us to explore the city centre on foot. Friendly staff, let us borrow an umbrella, gave great dining recs and a free room upgrade. The best part was their breakfast spread: phenomenal 👍

Parking was not available in their garage, so we had to look elsewhere. We were also hoping to use the pool and spa area, but was almost always busy.

The parking is within the building, you don’t have ta go out or walk far I was upgraded to bigger room , it was very clean also the bed sheets were super clean

I wish they provide better breakfast .. actually I think better to take the room without breakfast.. you can go outside and have it .. this is what I did ..

The hotel was close to the most popular areas in Cannes, as well as from the train station, so it was easy to come around and visit other cities as well. We had air conditioning and very efficient blinds so we could rest well. The area was also very quiet, so we didn't have any issues about noise or other disturbances.

We enjoyed out trip and did not find anything that we couldn't particulary like.

Everything. Pool and health club an added bonus. Bed, satellite TV, room size, great shower, and beautifully clean. As a regular visitor to Cannes I have no hesitation in saying that this is the best 4 star hotel I have found there.. I shall be back!
