a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott. The staff was truly outstanding—always friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

While my stay at the JW Marriott was overall pleasant, there were a few aspects that I found disappointing. The technology used in the minibar was inconvenient. Every time you remove an item, it is instantly charged to your bill, which is problematic because the minibar is positioned low, making it necessary to bend down and remove items to see what is inside. This system may aim to automate the minibar process, but it feels cumbersome and unsuitable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, there was noise on the street below the hotel between 1:00 and 2:00 AM daily, possibly from workers moving items. This disrupted my rest during those hours.

The location is perfect. The room was clean and big enough and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very polite and ready to help with everything.

The WiFi was paid, which is not appropriate for a 5 star hotel.

I absolutely loved everything about this property, it was clean and modern. It’s situated near the main strip so you don’t have to do alot of transportation. Everything was accessible - I wanted a special shout out to the team who dealt with my booking. It was my 5 year anniversary and they upgraded our room as complimentary which made our stay EXTRA special. Thank you guys so much - 10/10!! Amazing hotel and team, definition of luxury.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe something to consider, to offer in-room dining? In France it’s common that some restaurants close during the hours of 2-6pm so if you’re hungry, you may need to order some take away

you should improve and have extra care in cleaning rooms because we received our room with dirty floor all nuts in the floor and also housekeeping are not changing bed sheets and not cleaning the floor with vacuum. they literally only arranging the room!!

I booked a room for my daughter and a friend who were studying in Paris & had organized a weekend getaway for some May sunshine in Cannes. They had a fabulous time in Cannes and very much enjoyed this hotel. Their room was spacious and immaculate with very comfortable twin beds, the pool was lovely and proximity to beach was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in and departure.

Everything was nice and good.

Cleaning staff was not very good even the pillow cover and mattress cover was dirty and they did not change them.

Lea and John Edward in the reception was excelent, there service level was over the top. Thanks guys ! The housekeeping was so nice to, big smile and kind, and the cleaning in the room was spotless.
