Fantastic location, good balcony and a great pool deck area.

Apartment had very limited utensils, towels and kitchen equipment. As such we did no cooking. Also Didn't like the fact that we had to strip the beds before leaving, and remove linen and towels to an area adjacent to reception.

We love staying here and keep coming back to this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything you need, like the beach, grocery stores, and shopping. The rooms are spacious and it’s so convenient to have laundry facilities. The kitchenette is well-equipped too, which makes longer stays really comfortable. Highly recommended!

The only thing missing is a better gym or fitness center.

The location is superb. Just behind the Carlton Hotel. 10min walk to public beach and 10min walk to train station. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive to nearly 1am. Nothing was a bother. Even directed us the next day to where to get bits we had forgotten. They providing a small cleaning kit also for dishes and dish washer. Even though sofa bed it was so easy worked and comfortable. Lovely pool which sometimes was busy but waiting there usually was a subbed free in 1/2hr.

Sometimes it would been handy to grab food in hotel they have minimal.

Great location just behind Carlton hotel, 10 min from the Palais. Quiet and green. I read in some earlier reviews that there is no soap, shower gel, one toilet roll- wasn’t the case for me: basic toiletries were there as in any hotel/appartment. My room was big with a separate bedroom and two balconies, the furniture is basic but comfortable.

Very basic breakfast, very strange staff: they don’t seem to care if you live or die.

Very nice apartment hotel residence! Me and the family had a wonderful stay here for one week in July. We especially enjoyed our room on the top floor. The pool area was very nice all though a little hot during the day. The staff were very hospitable, helpful and welcoming. The location is central yet tranquil. We will for sure visit again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I would have loved a better fitness center or gym. That is very valuable to me. The room that was sort of a fitness center was not worth a visit.

Great location if you’re going to the Cannes film festival Locations. Especialkyif you have different meetings along the Croisette and need to come back for a quick change ! Amazing breakfast, and sweet balcony with a sliver of the sea .

The pool was NOT heated and the cleaning does not include cleaning dishes left in sink or taking away morning breakfast trays .

The location was great. About 10 minutes walk (with children) to the closest public beach. The room was clean, AC worked very well so it was always cool and it was rather spacious for a family of 5. The pool was clean and always quiet. The building and pool access was monitored by a security guard and the gate door was always locked and only accessible for quests. There are small shops nearby.

The beach was all reserved for hotels and you can only go to a public beach with is around 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel's location is absolutely excellent! It's just a minute's walk from everything you could need. Whether you're looking for restaurants, shops, or attractions, everything is within easy reach, making it incredibly

‏unfortunately, the parking the hotel provided was not suitable for our car, which was a disappointment. Additionally, there is usually only one staff member at reception, who also manages the bar, which slows down the service a bit.

Fantastic staff who were so kind and helpful, amazing location down the road from the promenade and beach and also a close 15 min walk to old town. Fantastic heated pool with security. Balcony was great and sauna was nice for evenings. Was nice to have fridge and cooking facilities too, cleaning pack was very useful for end of stay.

Hot tub wasn’t very hot but was still nice and when the bed is folded out you can’t really walk around the room so could do with a smaller bed in a different position. No pool towels provided.

Studio is a good choice for a bit longer stay. The pool and room with a balcony was suberb during the hot days (over +30). Nice and easy to make cooling dips during the day. Sea, Croisette and main shopping street are close, convenient location. Everything worked well, and in case of questions or small issues staff was helpful.
