- Staff is very courteous and very professional - The room is clean, well arranged, with clean design and has all we needed, not more. You don’t have to worry taking drinks from the mini-bar in the room. It’s included. - The restaurant in the hotel is worth it (good food at a reasonable price) - The location is great, right next to a tram station. - I did appreciate that they mention the possibility to find free parking around the hotel and not just push clients to use the hotel’s private parking. I eventually did not need to pay for parking

Nothing I can particularly think of.

The room was spacious, and clean. The bed very comfortable. The food at dinner that evening in the restaurant was really good and served by lovely staff. Breakfast the next morning offered great variety and again well cooked and presented.

In truth there was nothing I didn't like. The hotel suited our needs and was well priced and convenient for your onward journey. It ticked all the right boxes in that regard and if I was going that way again I wouldn't bother looking for another hotel I'd just go to this one. No brainer.

The room was smaller than expected but was nice and neat. The En suite was compact yet modern. Bed was nice and comfortable. The location was very convenient with a tram stop in front of the hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Breakfast is not worth the cost. Better to spend it in a cafe for a proper breakfast.

The rooms were clean, as well as the bathroom, and there is a private parking lot with cameras. It went as expected and the reception was wonderful, especially from Mr. Hassan

If there were a small door for the shower while bathing, it would be better.

The whole stay was very good, staff excellent, sadly due to terrible bad weather, the wind was blowing at 100kmph, an electric cable on the outside of the building had broken loose and it was slapping against the bedroom window, so we could not accept that room which was a superior twin. The young lady receptionist changed our room for us but she did not have a superior room for us so we accepted a smaller standard room which was adequate and she gave us both a free breakfast next morning. She was very helpful to us as were all the staff.

Sadly we had to have a Standard room, due to weather damage to our superior one. There are no evening meals at weekend.

Stayed 2 nights, room clean and comfy, body wash provided with towels and hairdryer. Kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, milk. €12 for all you can eat breakfast lots of choice. Evening meal was lovely all homemade. Private secure parking for €6 per day. Few minutes walk to the chu montpied.

Staff at reception very friendly and recommended places to eat late in the evening

Charged breakfast for 5 even though 5th person did not come to stay in the hotel. Water in shower was lukewarm and no one there to sort it.

´Facilities are really nice. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly.

There were no blinders on the bathroom making it super wet everytime one showered

Lovely and helpful members of staff, secure parking, EV charging, right opposite Tram stop, big enough room, very comfortable beds, good soundproofing, very small gym (but at least there is one!)

Nice hotel, some parking but not many spaces. 30 minutes walk to old town.

I have 3 charges on my credit card instead of one. Its annoying to have to check if 2 drop off, even though I asked at check in. Not a good policy.
