The staff was welcoming. I got the duplex and having two bathrooms was perfect as we were a group of 4. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay with shops and bakeries very close. Also there is a paid parking lot very near to the hotel. Don't use the car in Paris, it is chaos :) The terrace was perfect as 4 of us are smokers.

The fact that you have to pay a 200 euro deposit when you arrive and that is not mentioned anywhere in the description.

The location of the apartment is perfect as it’s in a nice area with plenty of shops, restaurants etc etc! The area is quiet at night. The metro is very close by which takes you too all the tourist attractions so this was perfect for sight seeing! Very easy too use once you get the hang of it! The apartment had everything we needed for a 1 week stay! Very clean and well equipped! Quiet, and peaceful…. Not noisy at all! No traffic noice! And rooms were enough for what we needed Would definitely use these apartments again. Staff really friendly and very helpful

Clean and well equipped, the appartment was surprisingly spacious and well airconditioned. Within easy reach of public transport, we were no more than 10-15 mins from the key tourist sites. Clichy is a busy suburb: you will find a great variety of everday shops and a surprising range of reasonably priced resaurants and cafes.

There were only 4 chairs for 5 guests. This was a sleeps 6 so we had expected sufficient dining chairs. A microwave would have been helpful but not essential - there was a good hob and oven. Perhaps a few international TV channels might have been handy?

Great location for exploring Paris. Close proximity to a public garage for secure parking. Also, a wide selection of Uber transportation options to the city. In the immediate vicinity of the property, there's a large store, a cafe bar, an excellent bakery, and a good restaurant. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything needed for an extended stay. The peaceful neighborhood without noise provides a good rest.

The apartment is somewhat neglected in terms of maintenance. The furniture appears to be somewhat older. The main complaint is related to the bathroom and the presence of dampness and mold. The overall rating of the property would be higher if there were no mold and fungi in the bathroom.

The lady at the reception was super friendly and helpful, apart from showing my kids and I the beautiful apartment, I did not know when I rented it that it had an AWESOME terrace overlooking the park, helped us with directions to all the places we wanted to visit and even recommended a few restaurants and a delicious bakery right in front of the building. There is a grocery store right next door which was very convenient since I traveled with my 11 year old twins by myself. I’m a neat freak and the apartment met and exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend this place, is affordable, and even though is not in the center, it’s pretty easy to get to it by taxi or train.

Spacious appartment with two bathrooms, fully appointed kitchen and washing machine. Staff were excellent and everything was explained very clearly. The location was quiet but central. Only a few minutes walk to the Metro. Cheap 24H parking at City Hall (14.50€ per day) 200 metres away. Couldn't fault it.

The air-conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were on the 6th floor. Not a big issue as we were out all day, and the apartment cooled dow very quickly at night.

Everything. Apartment is clean and modern. Spacious for 4 of us. Everything looks brand new and comfortable. Beds and pillows are comfortable to sleep on. Netflix is available. And the view from our apartment is exceptional just across a nice park. Close to restaurants and bakery. Grocery is just downstairs. 5 min walk from the train station. At least 30 min away from the main attractions. But love the area and we felt safe.

Need more storage or at least some shelves to put toiletries in the bathroom and a full size mirror. Other than that, we are happy and satisfied with the apartment.

Brilliant location. Very clean and super comfortable beds. Great supermarket and boulangerie downstairs and lovely bars and restaraunts dotting the square in front. Easy walk to 2 metro stations.

Rooftop terrace is only available with the penthouse apartment. Info was a little misleading inferring it was available for all apartments.

The appartement was fully equipped with kitchen, plates and cutlery, toaster, Nespresso machine and the reception was most kind and they were really accommodating. The appartement was really lovely and good for a stay with family with small children. The appartement is very near the metro and the bus 54, and it takes you only 15 minutes away to the city center of Paris. Supermarkets and Boulangeries are directly downstairs and it's so convenient situated. The appartement is built in 2015 and very clean. I would love to live there!

Most everything was very good. Staff was kind, attentive and easy to get along with. It is important to know that there is NOT 24 hour availability. Good shower pressure, excellent bakery across the street, 5 min walk to subway and bus stop is right outside the front door (80 meters) with connections to Eiffel Tower and other important areas in the city. Market downstairs and restaurants nearby as well as a park across the street for relaxation and reflection.

Staff will leave around 11pm and if after that time you need to check in, there is a 50 euros fee added. I was not crazy about this and I arrived at 10:50pm so I was safe, but the extra 50 euros seems a bit over the top but understandable. I think it would be good to have a small folder that has instructions on how to use the range, and oven as these were a bit of a challenge.
