Great dinner menu and very good breakfast buffet, strong shower and comfy bed. Relative big TV. Friendly staff and many can speak English. Close to a Metro and train station. Bus in front of hotel. Safe and secure entrance and lift to room setup. Coffee and tea in room.

As in every hotel room lighting is limited although near the bed good. Coffee and tea in the room not the best brands or too weak. Had to take two tea bags for one cup and run out of coffee for the rooms. Limited hanging up area in wardrobe and room. Limited dinner menu after 3 evenings had to dine out.

We got a very good price for such a good level, charged even less than what Booking.com showed; large room and everything worked in it; breakfast, especially an omelette (but only in limited time periods during breakfast time available, you have to ask a lady there for an omelette); close to the city center; public transport options; a large grocery store near by;

Upon check-in, I found out that I had forgotten my bank card, but they could not offer me the payment option with a bank transfer via i-bank (it's good that my wife had a card and sufficient funds), moreover, they also took a deposit, which I did not see information about before; One morning there were plenty of places in the breakfast room, but on another there were not enough places;

Lovely helpful, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Good location Close to bus and subway.We found a few nice restaurants in the area.Good choice for breakfast, well stocked and good coffee from self service machine. We stayed in a Queen room which was cosy and clean and serviced daily.

Slight street noise as we over looked a busy junction but we got used to it after the first night.

Very spacious and clean room (Queen bed). Breakfast was delicious and the personnel very professional. Few minutes from metro. It is not central, cca. 15-20 min to centre, but the position was not a problem for us. The hotel was quiet and you almost don't hear noises from outside the room. For us it was a pleasent 4 nights stay and we would repeat it.

It is not really a minus and I think it was stated on Booking, they charge you a deposit (I think is 50 EUR a day) which we payed by card and then they give it back if everything is ok.

The place of the hotel is near to Metro 13 and RER and we could go to everywhere very easily. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The stuff were very helpful.

The hall of the breaksfast was not enough for crowded accomodations. The air conditioning of the room was started itself even we pushed the stopping bottom.

absolutely fantastic service, they went above and beyond to help me with a small personal request and the hotel rooms are very well laid out, clean with a very comfortable bed. once again an exceptional service thank you all very much. the building was located exactly where I wanted to be. almost no noise pollution could be heard in the room considering how busy it was outside thought this was a big plus. the renovations were going on but that’s progress. I’d love to see what it looks like afterwards.

The staff was friendly, right away confirming that we could keep our luggage if we arrived early in the morning, and when we got there, they managed to get us a room to check-in right away. Location wise, although near Metro station, the area was a bit "grey".

The shower glass was not efficient, as every time we had one it would flood the bathroom.

The location was lovely and very convenient to catch the metro, good restaurants in the area (some good halal options) the room was great though I may say to invest in some more firm pillows, but it was a very pleasant stay overall

It was a nice stay, the hotel was very clean, the staffs were friendly. It was easily reachable by Metro, 6 minutes walk from Metro station Porte de Clichy. The night we stayed a tiles in the bathroom came out, it was a tiles on the wall just above the floor. So no one was hurt. As soon as we called the reception, someone came to clean it. Moreover, they offered us to move into another room. It was very kind! Also, we loved the breakfast, there were lots of variety. Overall, it was a very good experience.

3 - 5 minutes walking distance from Train Station. 20min ride to Eiffel Tower. Direct Airport Bus BusStop is outside metro station. Much easier and quicker. Clean Room - Helpful Staff - Good Value for Money,

Porte De Clichy is a commercial Area, not many shop or restaurants around - Istanbul Grill (opp metro), 1 or 2 other Cafes. I would suggest to stay in Champs Elysees if you coming to explore the city. Bit expensive but worth it.
