kitchen smell in the bedroom

Great value for money. We had a good room but some are shabby so check first. Bus stop opposite for buses to the centre of Paris Room was quiet and quite spacious ( except the bathroom) Pleasant helpful staff at reception Monop opposite for all food and drink Comfortable bed Always plenty of hot water.

Wifi very average, no good for streaming. Need to .upgrade to fibre and a far greater choice of international channels. Only French TV channels No plug in bathroom or anything near the mirror area Doors in corridor are noisy when closing, need to quieten this down as a 5am departure can wake up the whole floor! Room is not cleared if you stay less than a week, but feel they could change the towels more frequently than that.

The location is very close to la défense. There is a bus station directly in front of the hotel. This was very beneficial with the kids at the end of the day when they returned tired from visiting Paris downtown. The rooms are big enough :)

I have 3 kids and I had to pay for 2 rooms while we used only one room. I tried to request a cancellation of one of the 2 rooms with a partial refund but the reception refused. So Actually we kept 1 room closed and we stayed in one room but had to pay for 2. They did not even give us any other compensation.

Location and the price, close to the La Defense train/subway station (10 min walk) and it is easy to enter Paris center in no time.

The room is not so modern as expected, it is a bit old but overall clean. The bathroom is not so shiny and a little bit dirty

The staff were amiable. I must appreciate Andrew(an exceptional staff - he made our stay worthwhile and always helpful) and also Evelyn. I also like the quietness of the environment and the overall workers' attitude. A place to stay any time I will surely use the place again.

The breakfast should include varieties and the room should be supplied with at least one bottle of water per day.

it's a small student apartment, spacious, with a small kitchen (stoves, fridge. had kettle and coffee machine) for a longer stay it was a nice to have these available. staff was also all the time available they were friendly and kind.

there's no AC in the room, not sure if it's the case with all the rooms, but they did have a fan. However for hot summer days the fan won't cut it, so you may want to double check on this.

Breakfast was good. Also the proximity was the best location in the La Defense area where our office is within less than 10 minutes walking distance. Another closer proximity was the shopping mall with metro station for convenience.

Please upgrade all the remaining rooms with automatic keys. It was abit inconvenient struggling to easily open the door.

Good breakfast and perfect location as well as amenities inside the hotel. Laundry was a plus!!

A smaller table so we could move more freely inside the room.

friendly reception staff. they played “angel” music in the lobby- we were there for the concert! loved the kitchen apart hotel format even though we ate out and did not use the facilities.

The facilities were good. Andrew was exceptional. He attended to every need and was helpful with directions to get around Paris. The food was good too.

Internet could be unstable at times but generally good.
