the property is well maintained, comfortable beds and very clean but small room

the staff attitude is horrible. we booked 2 twin room and was given double room despite we double check that the room given is a twin room with the check in staff after we got our key card. we need to go down to change room after a tiring long flight. we were told that there is no twin room in this hotel and they were unable to change for us. spoken to 2 staffs and the reply was the same. we spent almost 20 mins arguing and showing them the info in booking.com and it only solved when a supervisor that can speak English and she gave us a twin room right away. please avoid this hotel if you can’t speak French or if you have no patience to deal with the ignorance staffs there. also, the rooftop bar was closed during my 5 nights stay.

Room was comfortable and each day was cleaned well.

The windows of my room were leaking noise and air. One didn't close properly and the air vent filter was not changed out, it was complete with a lot of black "dirt/dust".I had to keep the curtains closes to help buffer the sound. Toilet previously had a different installed and the old attachment was still not removed, it was sharp. Bathroom floor - when wet was very slippy.

The room was very clean and nice. A bit small but good enough if staying only for one night. The lady at the restaurant was nice enough to give me the coffee ( even if I offered to pay). She gave it to me for free. Much appreciated for such gesture,

Parking was too far. Instructions on how to go to the parking needs to be improved significantly as the message received from the automatic reply was very poorly constructed. Difficult to find the parking as there are no visible signages especially when arriving at night. Hotel representative was not able to clearly direct me to the parking and had to discover it for myself. Need to provide a sketch or map on how to get there.

Great view of the Eiffel tower / Breakfast was perfect and very rich / Rooms were clean and really quiet, even though a lot of people stayed at the hotel / Staff was super helpful.. Thank you for everything Mr. Maxim.

Nice hotel, a bit of walking needed to reach it from La Defense. The room is comfortable, WiFi is stable. I was on a training so we used business facilities of the hotel, all was great, probably the AC in the room was more cooling the back of it making it freezing at the windows.

Nothing really. Just a small thing, I asked for a receipt of payment at the check out and was told that I get it on my email, this never happened though..

Clean and very comfortable bedroom-bathroom.

The location is quite far from train station / metro, but you can get bus. There were strike during my stay and I need to get taxi due to long distance meeting. Unfortunately, the reception didn’t help much. Online taxi was full. They just suggested their guests to wait at taxi stop. These type of treatment were happened multiple times from different staff.

clean, good location (not in the centre, but nearby metro to go to the centre), great view (if your on a high level).

the parking facilities: on top of a parking garage nearby but the did not tell me to follow the signs for Mercure parking so I parked on the wrong place and got a big sticker on my window that didn’t come off easily. And to find the elevator to the parking spot in some sort of mall was terrible.

The room was kept clean. However, there were marks inside the window from previous visitors. When I raised this with the cleaner, I was told that was not part of the cleaning procedure. Every time I looked outside, the stains ruined the ambience. I would have preferred if the towels were not changed each day to save the environment.

nice hotel in general with helpful stuff

no airon the water heater wasn’t clean there was an issue on the sank the water come out from under the sank but I asked the reception and the act fast to fix it they are taking a big amount of deposit which is 400€ for 4 night

The hotel was comfortable, with privilege access to gym, sauna and other facilities.

Breakfast options are less, laundry service bit slow and away from la defense train station.
