The room was very nice hotel is very good I like in my room everything is nice I had everything in my room the room service is also very good I like it the breakfast a lot of choice

the people who work at the hotel there are not friendly they are very arrogant I am a young woman who was alone there and that treat me like I'm not supposed to be there everything was OK only the people there work at the hotel they have to learn be more friendly to everyone because I was a guest like everyone and I want to be treated Like a guests!!!

Modern hotel with specious rooms size which is rare in Paris. The location is very safe & clean amid the business center of La Defense. Mrs. Ghaizlan from guest relations was super and extended her help to us and made our stay enjoyable especially in the first date of arriving. Also many thanks for Mr. Yasin from reception who was so supportive and cooperative in all matters we asked.

We arrived early to check in and had to wait until 3:00 PM. The room wasn’t ready until 3:20. The day we checked out at 6:30 in the morning we asked the reception to send somebody to take our bags from the room but they said there is nobody at this time !! Really strange and then we managed to take our bags by ourselves.

The room was very nice, enough space, new, very nice decoration. The breakfast was very, very good, really worth paying it. There is a metro station very close by. The hotel staff vey helpful.

The location is a little far from the downtown area but having the metro very close by made it really easy to get to the main spots in Paris. I think it is worth staying in this hotel and have a better room and service than what you can get for the same price in downtown Paris. Will come back here for sure.

Everything was exceptionally good. Staff super friendly. Sylvie was amazing, quite approachable and helpful ,Benoit etc. All the front office staff were good. Alejandro the porter,(not sure of the name ) . Enzo at the skyline bar ; great service and all the staff there were great.The cocktails were so delectable 😋😋. Breakfast : Ahmed the chef !!Salue. Can’t recall everyone’s name but … 🤩🥳merci beacoup to all of them !! Attention to detail is what I liked the most and was the trait amongst all the staff. Keep up the good job! Will definitely be back ☺️😊

- Location close to the métro - Big and comfy bed - Ritual products in the bathroom - Gym - always open (but not complete enough for people who actually train seriously)

- At 18:30 the top floor amenities/rooftop was closed when it should open at 18:00. It was confusing how to access/if you can access freely - Gym could have been bigger/more equipment (hard to find anywhere in general…). The gym is good enough for light activity but not if you take it seriously or if you are lifting weight (no possibility to do barbell squats, no barbell…).

Excellent location, quiet and safe neighborhood. We booked Airport shuttle but it was late however guest service apologies for the delay by providing daily free sweets, fruits and beverages .Also, they gave us the best view of our room category. Receptionist are very cooperative and helpful.

Room services quality and cleaning varies from day to day which I believe depends in the person on each day.

Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. La Défense area is safe, good for shopping too. We had to prolong our stay and book one night more (we had to do that online) but that worked and was confirmed half hour later. The problems we had with the lock and the key card were resolved promptly.

We had problems the first night with the lock - we had to wait till it was changed. ( Lasted 1-1,5 hours max and we were presented with complementary drinks and buffet while waiting). But on the last day (prolonged day) we had problems with our key card - twice. But all in all - would stay again.

It is a nice modern hotel with large quiet rooms, modern facilities and amazing view. Great location, right by the Metro station. I was impressed with the size of the bed, it was really big and comfortable bed. Spacious room with great views of the modern district and Paris center with Eiffel Tower. Separate bathroom equipped with Rituals cosmetics, bathrobes and slippers. Free drinking water and supplies for the coffee and tea was provided daily. All spaces were very spacious, clean, quiet and it smelled nice there. There are enough lifts with a glass wall and view of the surroundings modern buildings. The hotel staff was very friendly to us. We got more than we expected and more than we paid for.

I arrived late at night with a taxi that dropped me off infront of the reception, I thought. It turned out to be the back reception which is unattended at night so I stood there for a while with no obvious directions as to the reception actually being a few floors higher. I suggest making this clear.

Close to metro, Nice view, even though it is not a direct view over Eiffel Tower. You need to come close to the window and look to the side of the window to see it. The straight out view was just buildings. The AC in the room were not that easily controllable. The room was too hot when we arrive because AC was off.

Reception Staff could have been more helpful. The welcome was a bit cold and just business like here are your keys. We felt the 2 or 3 requests we had at reception was acknowledge, but nothing done unfortunately. For breakfast, we asked for a vegetarian omelette, but the lady at the egg station used same cutlery with non-vegetarian omelette. Basically they do not use different cutlery while preparing it which leads to cross contamination between vegetarian and non vegetarian food.
