The hotel is very centrally located and has an old building charm that matches the whole city, yet inside the rooms are completely renovated and facilitated! I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms. The parking was easily accessible and cheap.

The breakfast might be the only negative point about this place, it's very basic and includes very limited options. It is not worth the price in my idea! Consider that there might be many stairs inside the hotel that you need to climb to reach your room!

Very comfortable compact apartment with some basic cooking equipment. Location is great and an easy, short walk to the centre of town. The manager Matthew was very welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, he helped us with information on things to do and places to eat.

Our apartment was on the 1st Floor and there is no elevator, but again Matthew offered us a ground floor if we wanted to change and he carried our bags to our room. Great service.

We were forced to book this place last minute, due to our other reservation (Hotel Le Thurot) doing a bait & switch on us. We had booked an apartment at Hotel Le Thurot, but when we got there, the manager offered us an ordinary room without a kitchen. Their toilet had plumbing issues as well, so we decided to go to Appart Hotel Montchapet instead. Appart Hotel Montchapet offered check-in upto 10pm which was a relief due to our other troubles. Very spacious room with all amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. Free overnight parking on the street , till 8am.

No elevator; had to carry bags up a flight of stairs.

The suite was well equipped with a microwave and stove and enough to make a meal. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It had a good air conditioner and the windows could be opened. The shutters were electronic. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was difficult to access the room from the reception due to the stairs and corridors - no lift. The door on the stairs was difficult to close and therefore the neighbours banged the door which shook the wall. The room was not soundproof. There was no suitcase stand.

The location of our room was in a different which was difficult to get to with luggage. But your outstanding staff member (forgot to ask his name but he was young man who went above and beyond) offered to carry our bags so we didn't have to drag them up the steps to get to our location.

Didn't really have any complaints.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. It's on a great location, just a small walk to the city center. The rooms are clean, we stayed in the appartment rooms, there is a little kitchen where you can put your water in the fridge. The breakfast is simple but good. I think overall it is just a lovely hotel where I would return. Big plus for me was that I could bring our little dog.

It was all good, nothing i didn't like.

The hotel is very well located, 3min away from the city center. There is a supermarket in front and lots of restaurants in 3min walk. You can find easily parking places on the street, 5€ for 24h. The staff was very nice and helpful! The room is perfect with a small kitchen, tools, fridge and microwaves.

The common areas are not very good isolated in terms of noise, we could hear when the room next to us opened the door. Inside the appartment we didn't hear anything

The gentleman that was on the desk when we arrived was very pleasant and helpful from the start. The cleaning ladies were all lovely to

nothing everything was fine car parking was luck of the draw but that is not the fault of the hotel just the area
