Great location. Friendly staff, good breakfast. I stay here every time in Dijon.

My room is not warm enough, I tried to control the air condition, but doesn't work. And the television didn't work, anyway I didn't watch TV, so doesn't matter.

Nice and cozy room which was very quiet.

The shower was a bit slippery.

The location is excellent. It is less than 10 mins walk from the railway station and is within walking distance to any Dijon attraction. The decor of the hotel and the rooms were lovely and modern. The wine tasting room was beautiful with a good selection of wines. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lunch and dinner menus are 'old school' snobby. Limited choice of starters and mains, no vegetarian options. If you are staying with little children, no 'simple' options for children unless at breakfast time. There needs to be a refresh of the lunch and dinner menu to a more simple, local produce and an update of food pairings. The 24hr menu was not freshly prepared as in other 5* hotels. It came in 'pre-prepared' bowls which were good but again, cannot be catered to children.

Location is perfect, at the gate to the old city. Breakfast is very good. We stayed at deluxe king room and the size is good. The hotel seems just been renovated, so it feels new. The bed is comfortable.

There are too many doors at the same location, i.e. bath room door, wc door and door to bed area, so it is too complicated. The shower floor is very slippery. Water pressure is not enough. Corridor is dark with dark color carpet and not so bright lighting.

The bar and the garden restaurant were extremely attractive. Breakfast was outstanding, dinner very good and interesting. Room was designed in a pleasant, slightly funky, style, though not everthing was ideally functional. Generally the hotel had a stylish, relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel has a valet parking service, at no extra cost above the parking charge, but does not advertise it or explain it in the booking information. As a result, I had some unnecessary trouble with the parking arrangements. And it is pricey.

Walking distance from Dijon-Ville train station to the hotel. It’s the biggest and oldest hotel in Dijon, I believe. Friendly staff. Great size room With comfortable bed. The hotel is the center point of where you need to go. The meeting point for our wine tour was just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We walked the Owl’s Trail and seeing the whole town in couple hours. Visited vineyards on the second day. Many great restaurants nearby. It’s a relaxed 3 days 2nights stay at La Cloche in between our packed Paris itinerary.

The location is perfect; not far from the train and adjacent to the many points of interest in the old town. The breakfast buffet was very good quality and quite diverse, plus you can sit in the courtyard under the trees if weather permits. The little gym was also a bonus. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was courteous.

The room decor (at least for our particular room) was dark colors. I also think we were supposed to have a room with a "balcony" but were not given one (which we remembered too late into the stay to check into). Otherwise, no complaints!

Location is convenient for visiting the centre. Room is nice and bright and clean but not large. Parking is easy to use at a price. Breakfast is outstanding!

WE have stayed here before twice but there is no recognition on arrival despite telling them. It is a chain. We asked by email for dinner but were told on arrival that it was full - go away..

Friendly and attentive staff, we arrived in the evening and the staff supported us with a restaurant reservation. The rooms are triple glazed, super quiet and have a fantastic aspect overlooking the square in front. The hotel is beautiful and parking is secure, underground and very easy to manoeuvre (even with a large car).

Nothing comes to mind - perhaps offering guests preference to book at the hotel restaurant would be a nice offer. It was fully booked when we arrived - wished we had reserved in advance as it looked beautiful and the menu looked very enticing.

second time stay here and other than the comment re check in everything was as we remembered the first time and what brought us back - fab hotel

the check in staff were a little off handish when we checked in and referenced that the car was parked in a no parking zone along the street due to the limited parking outside of the hotel itself. they seemed unconcerned that our car was parked on the street illegally when we had pre reserved secure parking for our car due to it attracting attention when publicly parked.
