Location could not have been better - right in the centre of the old town on a pedestrianised (quiet ) street. The tasteful and modern decor within the ambience of a centuries old building. Private parking in a modern public underground car park.

The only thing that we had to ask before we arrived was the location of the parking. Then, once we had arrived we realised we needed to park up opposite the car park, walk to Perlepampille (only 2 mins max) to get a parking permit card that then allowed us to park. It was all very easy in the end but could have been explained with the information on booking.com.

The apartment was a large duplex with the bedroom upstairs and a pull out sofa in the downstairs living room. The bathroom had a bath and a shower. The building it was in was charming and classic and we were right in the historical town. Parking was only 12 euros for the length of our stay (2 nights). Lovely accommodations!

The kitchen had a convection oven that was difficult to figure out so a traditional oven would have been nice. None of the chairs at the kitchen table matched, which was odd. No one communicated with us as to where to leave the keys when we left, but we called and were told to leave them in the apartment.

Our apartment was on the ground floor of a building which was excellent given we were on a motorbike and had panniers/gear to lug around. The property is spacious and very well located, it's in the centre so bars/cafes/restaurants etc are literally a stones throw away. I can't say what it would be like during peak summer season in terms of noise or temperature, it didn't appear to have aircon or any openable windows, so don't know what it would be like and given it's on the ground floor, may be noisy?? The bathroom was huge, kitchen area adequate - but with everything around you, you really wouldn't be using it However, the host was very helpful when we couldn't use the internet and we would stay there again.

Maybe a window that could be opened, but it's the style of the property (very old converted house) so nothing that really could be done.

Central, easy to access, car safe in underground car park. With all the facilities we needed this became our home from home for two nights. Conversion within the old building, overlooking the square. Our host was exceptional in communication and support. We had a comfortable bed, really lovely bathroom, toaster kettle microwave sink, table chairs and settee. Everything as described. It was a great stay for us.

Excellent location, it is right in the center of the area most folks experience in Dinan. Gorgeous living space and beautiful view from all the windows. Beautiful, spacious bathroom with shower and tub.

A little tight bed-wise for two adults and two children, but completely manageable and worth it. Four people with luggage for for people is a little snug. Parking is not adjacent to the property. Parking is a little bit of a walk, and a small extra cost (worth it though).

The room was ok, not something extremely good but we could stay. If you are too tall maybe you will have an issue with the height of the shower. The keys was given to us by a person from the same named coffee as we arrived before 19.00. It is exactly in the city centre so very convenient for walks. They gave us a card or parking in an underground parking 100-200m away which was perfect.

The shower was too small regarding the height.

Excellent location in the historic district. Very quiet room with modern stove top, microwave and refrigerator.

Cramped space with low ceiling path to wash room. Shower drains poorly. WiFi was intermittent. Bed padding was too plush and soft for me. Directions for the parking structure were confusing to me.

Beautiful old property. Love the original stair case it was stunning. Great location too in the main centre.

A few areas were quite dusty like the bathroom mirror and a few other areas but a lovely apartment with a little kitchen area too. TV had no connection so couldn’t watch the news or have background music so had to use phones for music.

Located in a beautiful historic house in the heart of the historical centre of Dinan . Spacious and beautifully decorated

We booked a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor . While it was spacious and beautifully decorated , it was very dark … Parking is very close by , not onsite , and Google maps tried to direct us up one way streets !

Perfectly located in the centre of the historic centre of Dinan this characterful property is a delight The Apartment (we stayed in the duplex) is a generous size, well equipped and with a great bathroom. Views over two sides of the old town. Excellent free parking is provided in a nearby limited access multi-storey - park first in Place Duguesclin and walk up to the property to check in and obtain the parking access card from your host. Highly recommended. Recommended restaurants: Restaurant La Courtine, Rue Croix and Le Cantorbery, Rue Sainte-Claire.

A little more information on the outside space would have been useful. There isn't any private area and the café is open to the public during the day.
